Month 5

Month 5

Prayer warriors are people who are known for regularly interceding on behalf of others before God. To intercede means to come between, so prayer warriors are, in effect, coming between God and the trouble in another person’s life even in Our own life. In essence it is the act of constantly speaking to God about situation(s) and not giving up.

We are even taught in the word that in praying (prayer warring, the answer had been sent as soon as the request was made. But the answer was held up en route. Help was sent and it came through.)

A hand touched me and set me trembling on my hands and knees. He said, “Daniel, you who are highly esteemed, consider carefully the words I am about to speak to you, and stand up, for I have now been sent to you.” And when he said this to me, I stood up trembling. Then he continued, “Do not be afraid, Daniel. Since the first day that you set your mind to gain understanding and to humble yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to them. But the prince of the Persian kingdom resisted me twenty-one days. Then Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me, because I was detained there with the king of Persia. Now I have come to explain to you what will happen to your people in the future, for the vision concerns a time yet to come.”

Daniel 10:10-14

And what was done prior to this?

In those days I, Daniel, was mourning for three weeks. I ate no delicacies, no meat or wine entered my mouth, nor did I anoint myself at all, for the full three weeks. (Daniel 10:2-3 RSV)

Fasting in essence does not imply being ‘unhealthy’, but in prayer refraining from some joys we might be used to at other times. In the 40 days of Lent, things can be given up. TV, a type of food etc a thing that interferes with our time with The Lord. Seek His face and seek it continually. Look to the Lord and his strength; Psalm 105:4

In addition I want to share how we are told/revealed just what will be:
In the third year of Cyrus king of

Persia word was revealed to Daniel, who was named Belteshazzar. And the word was true, and it was a great conflict. And he understood the word and had understanding of the vision. (Daniel 10:1 RSV)

On the twenty-fourth day of the first month as I was standing on the bank of the great river, that is, the Tigris, I lifted up my eyes and looked, and behold, a man clothed in linen, whose loins were girded with gold of Uphaz. His body was like beryl, his face like the appearance of lightning, his eyes like flaming torches, his arms and legs like the gleam of burnished bronze, and the sound of his words like the noise of a multitude. (Daniel 10:4-6 RSV)

Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming. That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat. But in keeping with his promise we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, where righteousness dwells.

So then, dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with him.  Bear in mind that our Lord’s patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him.

2 Peter 3:11-15

This is a before 3:16’ing, but in reading thought it should be shared.

Only let us live up to what we have already attained

Phillipians 3:16

Are we 3:16’ing it ok? I wanted to share the latest 3:16. Living up to what we have already attained. In essence ‘backsliding’ is definitely pointed out in this verse.

We have attained the point where we can teach, share, encourage… Keep pressing onward and upward!

🈷 Calling Christian soldiers! marching as to war,

with the cross of Jesus going on before.

Christ, the royal master, leads his armies on:

forward into battle till the fight is won!

Onward, Christian soldiers, marching as to war,

with the cross of Jesus going on before.

At the name of Jesus, Satan’s armies flee:

on then, Christian soldiers, on to victory!

Hell’s foundations tremble at the shout of praise

sing the song of triumph! loud your voices raise!

Like a mighty army moves the church of God:

we are humbly treading where the saints have trod;

Christ is not divided all one body we,

one in hope and calling, one in charity.

Crowns and thrones may perish, kingdoms rise and wane,

but the church of Jesus ever shall remain;

death and hell and Satan never shall prevail

we have Christ’s own promise and that cannot fail.

Just wanted to share a few verses of a song I used to hear sung. At the time, I did not fully understand it. And it is clearer now. As always still trying to ensure that it is fully understood. Step by step, little by little, no? Keep your eyes forward pressed, back we will not go!

Have an awesome beginning to a blessed, testimony filled weekend.

‘Then the Lord God made a woman…and He brought her to the man.’ Genesis 2:22 NIV

Adam lived in a perfect neighbourhood and had a perfect job—one God gave him. It doesn’t get much better than that. Nevertheless he was lonely; something was missing from his life. The Bible says, ‘But for Adam no suitable helper was found. So the Lord God… made a woman.’ (Genesis 2:20–22 NIV) God recognised Adam’s need for companionship and He met that need. However, this is where some of us acting on loneliness, frustration, or bad advice, rush ahead of God.

There’s a reason one of the nine gifts of the Spirit listed in the Bible is ‘the ability to distinguish between spirits.’ (1 Corinthians 12:10 ESV) When someone comes into your life they don’t just bring their looks, talents, and financial assets; they also bring their spirit. If you’ve ever been around someone with a controlling spirit, a vindictive spirit, a resentful spirit, or a negative spirit, you know why this particular gift is so important. So make yourself a hard jury, one that’s not easily convinced, one that requires concrete evidence before reaching a verdict. And remember that it’s better to lengthen the deliberation process and ensure the decision you make is right, than to reach a hasty conclusion and end up with a broken heart.

You may not feel wise and experienced when it comes to making such decisions, but hear this: it’s not how much you know that arms you with the tools of great decision making, but how much you ask. The first person to ask is God, and the time to do it is before, not after you get into a relationship.

SoulFood: 2 Ki 1:1–4:17, Luke 15:1–10, Ps 112, Prov 7:6–9

3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? Where is this from. Told you it would get more ‘testy’?

Do we know that in The Word it says that God dwells in the temple, we are the temple in this day and age. Gone are the temples built with cedar and stone. The temple of The Most High is you!

I think knowing this in actuality, presses, pushes and leads us to be holy and acceptable. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. Romans 12:1

Lord, we thank You for Your glory. Shine on us that we at radiate your glory. We submit ourselves to You to do Your will. Lord in all things we thank and praise You. Teach us to worship You in Spirit and in Truth in Jesus’ name, Amen

Even if a Spirit would be as bold as to wish to refuse bowing to Jesus in honor for what He did and went through for us all, for the Love that He constantly radiates. They will have to admit on bended knee that for them The glorious Son of God did all He has done, not because it was His will or desire but because His Father- God, who is Love itself, sent Him on an errand to redeem man (stand in the place of.) He reversed the ‘falling out’ of the garden of Eden, where we were created to be, and The LORD would come fellowship with man there.

If you have children or a child, you may send them on an errand. So much goes through your mind. You know that despite all you do, you ‘hope’ they will be back. There are things that might hinder them/stand in their way.

But if you taught them well, they should be back home with the very thing that you sent them for.

In the garden of Gethsemane, we see Jesus grief at what He would endure, He knew what he would endure. Such stress that He passed drops of blood from His brow as sweat!- Hematidrosis. Hard to believe, no?

He was sent on an errand, he stepped down from His position and became a lowly, humble man. We read: “And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto , even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: Jesus”

Philippians 2:8,9

We understand that He stepped way down. The legions in Heaven were made to look away. Imagine, Jesus had angels minister to Him often:

Jesus went out as usual to the Mount of Olives, and his disciples followed him. On reaching the place, he said to them, “Pray that you will not fall into temptation.” He withdrew about a stone’s throw beyond them, knelt down and prayed, “Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done.” An angel from Heaven appeared to him and strengthened him.

Luke 22:39

We read that after the 3 temptations angels ministered to Him: and the devil left him, and angels came and attended him. Matthew 4:11

Does the bible not say we have Angels assigned to us as believers? Where were the Angels when Jesus was crucified??? They were asked to stand down!

If you knew that there was a tough gang on the way to the store you sent your child to. Would you not ask them to stand down while your child goes by if they were to undergo a much needed ‘activity’? It is difficult to grasp, almost unbelievable. But, the angels in Heaven were asked to stand down.

Even the prince of the Earth felt he had won in ‘torturing’ and putting Christ to death. Oh! How wrong he was! Jesus as had been spoken went to Hades and it might be said, fellowshipped with ‘lost souls’. 1

Peter 3:18–19 says, “Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit, in which he went and proclaimed to the spirits in prison” (ESV). The word spirit refers to Christ’s spirit. The contrast is between His flesh and spirit, and not between Christ’s flesh and the Holy Spirit. Christ’s flesh died, but His spirit remained alive.

Possibly wanting Him to throw in the towel. Jesus had a mission and He was bent on doing exactly what His Father asked Him to do.

First Peter 3:18–22 describes a necessary link between Christ’s suffering (verse 18) and His glorification (verse 22). Only Peter gives specific information about what happened between these two events. The KJV says that Jesus “preached” to the spirits in prison (verse 19). However, the Greek word used is not the usual New Testament word for preaching the gospel. It simply means “to herald a message”; the NIV translates it as “made proclamation.” Jesus suffered and died on the cross, His body being put to death. But His spirit was made alive, and He yielded it to the Father (Luke 23:46). According to Peter, sometime between Jesus’ death and His resurrection Jesus made a special proclamation to “the spirits in prison.”

In the New Testament, the word spirits is used to describe angels or demons, not human beings. In 1 Peter 3:20, Peter refers to people as “souls” (KJV). Also, nowhere in the Bible are we told that Jesus visited hell. Acts 2:31 says that He went to Hades (New American Standard Bible), but Hades is not hell. Hades is a term that refers, broadly, to the realm of the dead, a temporary place where the dead await resurrection. Revelation 20:11–15 in the NASB and the NIV makes a clear distinction between the Hades and the lake of fire. The lake of fire is the permanent, final place of judgment for the lost. Hades is a temporary place for both the lost and the Old Testament saints.

Our Lord yielded His spirit to the Father, died physically, and entered paradise (Luke 23:43). At some time between His death and resurrection, Jesus also visited a place where He delivered a message to spirit beings (probably fallen angels; see Jude 1:6); these beings were somehow related to the period before the flood in Noah’s time (1 Peter 3:20). Peter does not tell us what Jesus proclaimed to the imprisoned spirits, but it could not be a message of redemption since angels cannot be saved (Hebrews 2:16). It was probably a declaration of victory over Satan and his hosts (1 Peter 3:22; Colossians 2:15). Ephesians 4:8–10 also seems to give a clue regarding Jesus’ activities in the time between His death and resurrection. Quoting Psalm 68:18, Paul says about Christ, “when he ascended on high, he took many captives” (Ephesians 4:8). The ESV puts it that Christ “led a host of captives.” The reference seems to be that, in paradise, Jesus gathered all the redeemed who were there and took them to their permanent dwelling in heaven.

All this to say, the Bible isn’t entirely clear what exactly Christ did for the three days between His death and resurrection. From what we can tell, though, He comforted the departed saints and brought them to their eternal home, and He proclaimed His victory over the fallen angels who are kept in prison. What we can know for sure is that Jesus was not giving anyone a second chance for salvation; we face judgment after death (Hebrews 9:27), not a second chance. Also, He was not suffering in hell; His work of redemption was finished on the cross (John 19:30).

This is one of the many reasons we have to come to grips with what The Lord has done. Frankly, we cannot tell it all.

I pray that out of His glorious richese He may strengthen you with power through His Spirit in your inner being, so that Christ may dwell in your heartsh through faith. And I pray that you, being rooted and established in Love,  may have power, together with all the Lord’s holy people, to grasp how wide and long and high and deepk is the Love of Christ (words do not come close to describe this Love. There is nothing in this universe as deep, wide and essential as The Love of Christ for us.) He came down as a Man. He was born a babe and was raised as a stepson of a carpenter. How The Mighty have fallen in stature9. But it was to save you and me.) and to know this Love that surpasses knowledgel—that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.
Ephesians 3:16-19

Our 3:16’ing goes on! And I read wonder filled passages here. I will say just where so you don’t go looking. As shown above, this reading is aaa Ephesians.

Very inspirational, no?

Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
We love him, because he first loved us.
If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also.
1 John 4 17-21

Lord, Hallelujah! For Your will in my life. In ways I may not reach the yardstick placedcout to rule and judge, but by You is allowance to worship You as I will. Father this and everyday, cause me to be a constant source of glory. Lord, Hallelujah, praises to Your name. You know the heart of me. Father, you know my me inside and out. Within, I can and will glorify You in the privacy of my heart. Father, be Thou glorified in Jesus’ name, Amen

Our prayer for the day. I personally find that The Bible is one, thank God for those moved to find it and to put it together. Wow! I can never get my fill, it lives! In thee, O LORD, do I put my trust; let me never be ashamed: deliver me in thy righteousness. Bow down thine ear to me; deliver me speedily: be thou my strong rock, for an house of defence to save me. For thou art my rock and my fortress; therefore for thy name’s sake lead me, and guide me. Amen and Amen
Psalm 31:1-3
We are blessed! Have a wonder filled day.

Jesus said “I am the good shepherd; I know my sheep and my sheep know me – just as the Father knows me and I know the Father – and I lay down my life for the sheep.” Hallelujah!
John 10:14-15

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. – (Ephesians 6:12)

I have stated it before we might choose to ignore completely what goes on. I will admit ignorance is bliss. But, knowing and aligning yourself is the way to be wise about things. Ignoring does not make them cease to exist. We are not warring each other, but rather forces we cannot see, in prayer we might be more aware; in tune with what goes on. Let us look at it from an appropriate distance and think long and hard.

In thy name shall they rejoice all the day: and in thy righteousness shall they be exalted. Psalm 89:16

How long shall we rejoice in The name, the saving grace of God? What has He done? What does He continue to do? Where are we? Each day is a blessing, another chance to prove and express His pdiligence. Are there moments that we seem overtaken by the events around us? Turn to Him in need and you will leave with gratitude.

Even further, we can examine this point and know that in doing God’s will is there grace and goodness seen. We as His children are blessed when we do as we should. So, let us unfailingly serve Him.

Let us rejoice this day and praise God for all He is doing. By His grace today will be even more full of testimony in Jesus’ name.

Father Lord Alleluia almighty God, before You we come in praise and thanksgiving, we commit this day into Your hands, be glorified in and through it in Jesus’ name. Thank You for my ability to show Love, it was been said “like Father, like child”; Lord allow me to be more like You each day. I thank You Father even as we walk together shine through me Lord in Jesus’ name, Amen

My mind is Yours Lord, fill it, mendcit, mold it to do Your will. Lord, my mind may drift, keep it grounded in You. For every thought that wanders, there is a stay. Keep me fastened in and to You. At this time I come against all thought that does not do you glory. Thank You Father for Loving me despite the ground that I may stand on, near me up Lord, allow me to be used to and by Your Kingdom. In Jesus’ name, Amen

We have been promised a new Heaven and a new Earth where The LORD will dwell with His creation, and we read:

“Heaven and earth will disappear, but my words will never disappear.” Amen.
– Luke 21:33

“For behold, I create new Heavens and a new Earth; And the former things will not be remembered or come to mind.
Isaiah 65:17

And His voice shook the earth then, but now He has promised, saying, “YET ONCE MORE I WILL SHAKE NOT ONLY THE EARTH, BUT ALSO THE HEAVEN.” This expression, “Yet once more,” denotes the removing of those things which can be shaken, as of created things, so that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.
Hebrews 12:26-27

looking for and hastening the coming of the day of God, because of which the heavens will be destroyed by burning, and the elements will melt with intense heat! But according to His promise we are looking for new heavens and a new earth, in which righteousness dwells. Amem
2 Peter 3:12-13

Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth; for the first heaven and the first earth passed away, and there is no longer any sea.
Revelation 21:1

“For just as the new heavens and the new earth Which I make will endure before Me,” declares the LORD, “So your offspring and your name will endure.
Isaiah 66:22

Therefore, since we receive a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us show gratitude, by which we may offer to God an acceptable service with reverence and awe;
Hebrews 12:28

And I heard a loud voice from the throne, saying, “Behold, the tabernacle of God is among men, and He will dwell among them, and they shall be His people, and God Himself will be among them,
Revelation 21:3

and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away.”
Revelations 21:4

O LORD, how manifold are thy works! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.104:25 So is this great and wide sea, wherein are things creeping innumerable, both small and great beasts. There go the ships: there is that leviathan,

(in biblical use) a sea monster, identified in different passages with the whale and the crocodile (e.g., Job 41, Ps. 74:14), and with the Devil (after Isa. 27:1).

a very large aquatic creature, especially a whale.

“the great leviathans of the deep”

a thing that is very large or powerful, especially a ship.

whom thou hast made to play therein These wait all upon thee; that thou mayest give them their meat in due season. That thou givest them they gather: thou openest thine hand, they are filled with good. Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled: thou takest away their breath, they die, and return to their dust. Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created: and thou renewest the face of the earth. The glory of the LORD shall endure for ever: the LORD shall rejoice in his works. He looketh on the earth, and it trembleth: he toucheth the hills, and they smoke. I will sing unto the LORD as long as I live: I will sing praise to my God while I have my being. My meditation of him shall be sweet: I will be glad in the LORD.

Psalm 104:24’34

Where do we start this ‘sharing’? It talks of the creations of our Father. And just how they seperate from us are able to grow to such size. It for one is a miracle. A whale for example. That big? I am sure we could go through science books and ‘figure’ out the ‘science’ behind it. But I never thought to do so until I read this. In fact there are so many things we take for granted.

We discussed prior Our definition/vision of God. We pointed out that we both male and female were created in His image. I reciewed again the crucifixion. As far as ‘we’d goes, Jesus was a Man. The thing that stands out is our knowledge of the make up of gender, the woman provides a chromosome and the male 1. Resulting is XX for females and XY for males. Amazingle, Mary being a virgin gave birth to Jesus. He was Spiritual before taking human form.

The reason I refer to the crucifixion is that the Romans to further ridicule and put the people to death took their garments John 19:23-24. If he for any reason was ‘questioable’ I am sure we would have read of it.

Now this is much deeper. As we have discussed God in The Word has chacteristics of both a Male and Female. Interestingly, we go back to Moses who asked God. “Who shall I say sent me.” And God’s answer; “I AM that I AM”. Interestingly, Moses was looking for a name. I myself have wondered about what we call Him, and why “God” is used. Rather than spend time on this, you are encouraged to read up on it. The next round of questions may be based on this.

The following excerpt is one of the many I read, but I just wanted to point out that we all have a part of God in us. Yes, we have The Spirit, but we all come from him.

Christians believe Jesus is the ultimate reflection of God, so is God also male? Centuries of European art has taught, normalized and legitimized how to see the Divine. Think of Michelangelo’s renowned mural The Creation of Adam (1512) in the Sistine Chapel, where God is depicted as a buff older white male. Hence, we seldom think when we refer to God as a He, and in fact for many, not using a male pronoun would seem at best strange, at worst blasphemous. But if we insist God is male, then does God possess the ultimate signification of maleness, a penis? And if so, why would God need a penis?

Insisting on the maleness of God ignores the times God is depicted in feminine language; for example, as a mother who would not forget the child from her womb suckling her breast (Is. 49:15) or as giving birth to Israel (Deut. 32:18). These images do not mean God lactates or has a vagina; they are simply metaphors to help us better comprehend aspects of the deity. God is no more She than God is He, for God is beyond gender. This might explain why the Hebrew text (and the Quran for that matter) forbids making any images of God (something Christians have ignored), least we gender the image of Deity, and in the process make gods out of men, or as Mary Daily would remind us: “If God is male, then the male is God”

Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy.

Psalm 107:2

Our focus is trying To Be Kind Today

‘A gentle answer turns away wrath.’ Proverbs 15:1 NIV

If you’re an organised, time-conscious, purpose-driven, make-it-happen kind of person you can get upset with incompetence and low productivity in others. And you can end up speaking words that hurt them and don’t bring the result you hope for.

In Proverbs chapter thirty-one here’s how Solomon describes a wise woman: ‘On her tongue is the law of kindness.’ (Proverbs 31:26 NKJV) Speaking kindly to and about others was one of this woman’s core principles. And when you think about it, there’s never any justification for being harsh or unkind in your communication. Certainly not if you’re a Christian!

Hasn’t God been gracious with you? Then extend that same grace to others. The old adage, ‘Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me,’ isn’t true. Harsh words can impact a person for a lifetime. Many so-called ‘social outcasts’ have been victims of verbal abuse at some point in their lives. They have suffered at the hands of parents, teachers, insecure spouses, and others battling their own emotional issues. If you find you’re prone to speaking harshly to people, pray for God’s help. Whatever it takes, including seeking help from a pastor or counsellor, do it.

The Bible says, ‘He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, and he who rules his spirit than he who takes a city.’ (Proverbs 16:32 NKJV) Decide today to ‘rule your spirit’ and make kindness a hallmark and guiding principle of your life.

Today’s ‘tidbit’!, though in The Word there are no ‘tidbit’s’; just things that can and should be shared.

I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go;

I will counsel you with my Loving eye on you. Psalm 32:8

No temptation[a] has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13

Paul had a ‘thorn’ in his side. Exactly what. I cannot sure. Though I am sure that we cam study And find out exactly what it meant. But more so, we cam learn to thank God for our infidelities, out weaknesses for in our weakness; He is made strong! Alleluia!!! Paul sought the Lord a multitude of times,  “And He said unto me, “My grace is sufficient for thee: for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.” Amen. 2 Corinthians 12:9.10

What good is it, my brothers and sisters, if someone claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save them? Suppose a brother or a sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.

But someone will say, “You have faith; I have deeds.”

Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by my deeds. James 2:14-19

You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder. Why? They were Angels once, fully aware of the Glory of God, they were wrongly led by Lucifer.

1 Samuel 15:23

God hates rebellion! He hates the attitude of lawlessness it produces, as well as the crop of wicked fruit that results from it.

The prince of all rebellion is Satan the Devil, also known as “the sum of all moral impurities.” Though we do not see this demon physically, the influence of this arch-rebel permeates our society. We need not look far to see children rebelling against their parents, artists rebelling against the status quo, and fringe groups rebelling against the government.

Satan personifies rebellion. It was Lucifer’s rebellious action that saw him tossed out of heaven and renamed Satan, Adversary:

How you are fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! How you are cut down to the ground, you who weakened the nations! For you have said in your heart: “I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God [angels]; I will also sit [rule] on the mount of the congregation on the farthest sides of the north [God’s government]; I will ascend above the heights of the clouds, I will be like the Most High.” Yet you shall be brought down to Sheol, to the lowest depths of the Pit. (Isaiah 14:12-15)

Lucifer, “Light Bringer,” rebelled against the laws of God, thus he rebelled against God Himself. Desiring independence from God’s legislation, he tried to depose God and become the sovereign ruler of the universe. Great chaos and destruction resulted among the heavenly bodies and on earth (Genesis 1:2) when God “cast [him] as a profane thing out of the mountain of God” (Ezekiel 28:16).

Because of his rebellion, we are today experiencing its evil fruit. Notice how Isaiah describes the reaction of people who will look back upon Satan’s career after God finally binds him forever in the Lake of Fire:

Those who see you will gaze at you, and consider you, saying, “Is this the man [Hebrew ish, male, individual, person] who made the earth tremble, who shook kingdoms, who made the world as a wilderness and destroyed its cities, who did not open the house of his prisoners?” (Isaiah 14:16-17)

These people are describing the effects of Satan’s rule on this earth now!

John O. Reid (1930-2016)

Should We Obey the Laws of Our Government?

Proverbs 13:10

When God says, “By pride comes only contention,” He means that this kind of pride has not a single good fruit! Not even one! Lucifer’s pride brought him into contention with God, two-thirds of the angels, the demons who now submit to him and billions of deceived humans who do not resist him. Surely, the demons are a squabbling bunch held together only by Satan’s power and their united hatred of God and His children. This has occurred because they deceived themselves into thinking more of themselves than they ought, which perverted their judgment in other areas of life.

Isaiah 14:12-15

“Lucifer” means “Light-Bringer” or “Day Star.” Ezekiel calls him “the anointed cherub who covers,” which means he was one of the chief angels whose wings covered God’s throne in heaven. He is specifically shown to be a created being, possibly the most beautiful, wise, and perfect of God’s creations.

But this mighty angel grew proud and vain in his beauty. He began to become envious of God’s authority over the universe, and over maybe millions of years, he schemed to induce other angels to support him in an attempt to overthrow God. When he finally led one third of the angels (Revelation 12:4) to war against God in heaven, God cast him and his angelic troops back to the earth (Luke 10:18).

Doesn’t it bother you that Satan has deceived the whole world? He has, on three occasions, openly made a move to replace GOD and the kingdom of GOD. Two of his moves have miserably failed, and this third move he is making at this very hour shall soon fail as well.

Satan’s first attempt to overthrow GOD was in the Garden of Eden, when Satan asked Eve, “Hath GOD said?” Genesis 3:1-3 states, “Now the serpent [Satan] was more subtle than any beast of the field which the LORD GOD had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath GOD said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden? And the woman [instead of rebuking and rejecting him] said unto the serpent, We may eat of the fruit of the trees of the garden.” But GOD said, regarding the fruit of the tree in the midst of the garden, “Ye shall not eat of it, neither shall ye touch it, lest ye die.” When GOD says “lest ye die,” HE isn’t saying death is a brief, minute thing. HE means death is an eternal death to the soul for a man or a woman, an eternity in the flames of Hell, an eternal death. The fact of this matter is identified throughout both Old and New Testament Scripture.

In Revelation 12:9, Satan is identified as the great dragon. “And the great dragon was cast out [of Heaven], that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world.” Satan knew that by deceiving Eve, he would condemn the entire world.

To Him which smote great kings: for His mercy endureth for ever: And slew famous kings: for His mercy endureth for ever: Sihon king of the Amorites: for His mercy endureth for ever:

Psalm 136:4-18

Question time! Who said this, about whom was it said and what happened?

nb This time no hints or clues, if you know it, please feel free to say.

Yet I supposed it necessary to send to you Epaphroditus, my brother, and companion in labour, and fellowsoldier, but your messenger, and he that ministered to my wants. For he longed after you all, and was full of heaviness, because that ye had heard that he had been sick. For indeed he was sick nigh unto death: but God had mercy on him; and not on him only, but on me also, lest I should have sorrow upon sorrow.

In fact, those who get it right will be ahead of all others.

Epaphroditus played a key role in biblical history, even if his name is not immediately recognizable. He is mentioned by name twice in the book of Philippians, one of Paul’s Prison Epistles. Epaphroditus is the one who delivered the original manuscript of Philippians to its original recipients, the church in Philippi.

Paul was under house arrest in Rome, and the church in Philippi desired to send Paul what we might call a “care package.” The Philippian believers gathered supplies and sent them to Rome by the hand of one of their own, a man named Epaphroditus.

Epaphroditus faithfully delivered the gift from his home church and then went above and beyond the call of duty. In his fervor to serve the Lord by serving Paul, Epaphroditus became seriously ill and, in fact, almost died. God graciously granted Epaphroditus health, and Paul sent his friend back home with the newly penned book of Philippians. This is part of what Paul wrote: “I think it is necessary to send back to you Epaphroditus, my brother, co-worker and fellow soldier, who is also your messenger, whom you sent to take care of my needs. For he longs for all of you and is distressed because you heard he was ill. Indeed he was ill, and almost died. But God had mercy on him, and not on him only but also on me, to spare me sorrow upon sorrow. Therefore I am all the more eager to send him, so that when you see him again you may be glad and I may have less anxiety. So then, welcome him in the Lord with great joy, and honor people like him, because he almost died for the work of Christ. He risked his life to make up for the help you yourselves could not give me” (Philippians 2:25–30).

The Pharoah then had a dream and none in his court could interpreter. Now, there were brainiacs and well schooled wise men, but they had futility in interpreting. Now, this was Egypt! The NYC of its day. The wine service waiter whose dream had been interpreted recollected Joseph interpreting his dream. But, I have to state a very important fact. Yes, he had dreams when he was younger, he was sold into slavery, then accused of rape. He however never lost his faith in God. Even in prison for a false accusations he interpreted dreams (part of the big plan) now, I will state something that will shock you. Even in prison for greater than 3 years,  The warden paid no attention to anything under Joseph’s care, because the Lord was with Joseph and gave him success in whatever he did. Again, 3 years. Do dreams take that long to be fulfilled? Just keep the faith. I cannot say this enough, if in Your hearts you desire what is in God’s Word, hold fast! It is yours. Sometimes our faith is being tested. This young man’s was for years! We read Genesis 40:23 The chief cupbearer, however, did not remember Joseph; he forgot him.

When two full years had passed, Pharaoh had a dream: He was standing by the Nile, when out of the river there came up seven cows, sleek and fat, and they grazed among the reeds. After them, seven other cows, ugly and gaunt, came up out of the Nile and stood beside those on the riverbank. And the cows that were ugly and gaunt ate up the seven sleek, fat cows. Then Pharaoh woke up.

He fell asleep again and had a second dream: Seven heads of grain, healthy and good, were growing on a single stalk. After them, seven other heads of grain sprouted—thin and scorched by the east wind. The thin heads of grain swallowed up the seven healthy, full heads. Then Pharaoh woke up; it had been a dream.

In the morning his mind was troubled, so he sent for all the magicians and wise men of Egypt. Pharaoh told them his dreams, but no one could interpret them for him.

Then the chief cupbearer said to Pharaoh, “Today I am reminded of my shortcomings. Pharaoh was once angry with his servants, and he imprisoned me and the chief baker in the house of the captain of the guard. Each of us had a dream the same night, and each dream had a meaning of its own. Now a young Hebrew was there with us, a servant of the captain of the guard. We told him our dreams, and he interpreted them for us, giving each man the interpretation of his dream. And things turned out exactly as he interpreted them to us: I was restored to my position, and the other man was impaled.”

See how time passed. Truly all things are destined by our Father in Heaven. If and when we observe this, it is difficult to realize how patient one could be. This is definitely an example of years of trusting God that a dream might come true.

In jail with no visitors, no family (that were the ones who sold him into slavery). To every intent, he should have been dead. But, let’s go on.

So Pharaoh sent for Joseph, and he was quickly brought from the dungeon. When he had shaved and changed his clothes, he came before Pharaoh.

Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I had a dream, and no one can interpret it. But I have heard it said of you that when you hear a dream you can interpret it.”

“I cannot do it,” Joseph replied to Pharaoh, “but God will give Pharaoh the answer he desires.”

Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, “In my dream I was standing on the bank of the Nile, when out of the river there came up seven cows, fat and sleek, and they grazed among the reeds. After them, seven other cows came up—scrawny and very ugly and lean. I had never seen such ugly cows in all the land of Egypt. The lean, ugly cows ate up the seven fat cows that came up first. But even after they ate them, no one could tell that they had done so; they looked just as ugly as before. Then I woke up.

“In my dream I saw seven heads of grain, full and good, growing on a single stalk. After them, seven other heads sprouted—withered and thin and scorched by the east wind. The thin heads of grain swallowed up the seven good heads. I told this to the magicians, but none of them could explain it to me.”

Then Joseph said to Pharaoh, “The dreams of Pharaoh are one and the same. God has revealed to Pharaoh what he is about to do. The seven good cows are seven years, and the seven good heads of grain are seven years; it is one and the same dream. The seven lean, ugly cows that came up afterward are seven years, and so are the seven worthless heads of grain scorched by the east wind: They are seven years of famine.

“It is just as I said to Pharaoh: God has shown Pharaoh what he is about to do. Seven years of great abundance are coming throughout the land of Egypt, but seven years of famine will follow them. Then all the abundance in Egypt will be forgotten, and the famine will ravage the land. The abundance in the land will not be remembered, because the famine that follows it will be so severe. The reason the dream was given to Pharaoh in two forms is that the matter has been firmly decided by God, and God will do it soon.

“And now let Pharaoh look for a discerning and wise man and put him in charge of the land of Egypt. Let Pharaoh appoint commissioners over the land to take a fifth of the harvest of Egypt during the seven years of abundance. 35They should collect all the food of these good years that are coming and store up the grain under the authority of Pharaoh, to be kept in the cities for food. 36This food should be held in reserve for the country, to be used during the seven years of famine that will come upon Egypt, so that the country may not be ruined by the famine.”

Again lots of lessons. The dream interpretation led to his being selected as a ‘man of virtues and wisdom.’ Wait! Are there Time constraints to your dreams and desires? How badly do you want what want? Patience? Anger at how things have gone? Depression? It can all be different.

See, I was all like “I know this story!” But the specifics were above my head.

1. Reuben returning to the dry well he was placed in, realizing then he had been sold.

2. Joseph being bought by Portifar. There were reasons which we realize in reading.

3. His interpretation of dreams. Not only this, but what ‘could’ have happened for what he was accused of.

4. The time it took for everything to come to be.

Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, “I am Pharaoh, but without your word no one will lift hand or foot in all Egypt.”

Pharaoh gave Joseph the name Zaphenath-Paneah and gave him Asenath daughter of Potiphera, priest of On,d to be his wife. And Joseph went throughout the land of Egypt. v.45

See, we can go on, there are so many lessons. But, let’s go on. In Egypt, even having the position he had, he did not even consider going Bach home. I am led to see that he was too busy for the upcoming years. Another 7 years? Better believe it. Lets move on though…

When the famine hit. His true family were affected to and came to the NYC of those days to purchase food. The brothers were recognized by Joseph, but of course their brother was ‘dead’ to them.

In the parable of the master who went away leaving a portion of His belongings with those who served him, they were used in different ways. There were three who received gold, and they used in different ways.

The man who had received five bags of gold went at once and put his money to work and gained five bags more. 17 So also, the one with two bags of gold gained two more. But the man who had received one bag went off, dug a hole in the ground and hid his master’s money.

“After a long time the master of those servants returned and settled accounts with them. The man who had received five bags of gold brought the other five. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you entrusted me with five bags of gold. See, I have gained five more.’

“His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’

The third in turn had buried his one bag of gold and said “‘Master,’ ‘I knew that you are a hard man, harvesting where you have not sown and gathering where you have not scattered seed. So I was afraid and went out and hid your gold in the ground. See, here is what belongs to you.’”

Point! There are many of us who receive salvation in such a way that it is worth so much, they in turn go out and share the good word, winning so many to the Kingdom. If it is a person whose ‘parent’s or ‘family’ were believers, they might miss the true worth of salvation. For others the way prior might have been lined with so many thorns that even moving would have been difficult, so they truly appreciate salvation and it’s characterisecs.  The Master is not here, but they share, possibly they do not make any more, but it depends on those they did business with. In some cases the returns are such that words fail at describing how bountiful it is. Do your examples; your life win implore converts? I guess I just gave it away, we are the ones that have been ‘left’ to ‘win’ as many as we can to The Kingdom. The awesome thing is that it is so glorious there that we end up getting ‘naught but’ Love when they realize just what you did. So, will it not be awesome to do as we ‘know’ we are supposed to.

The verses we are referring to are in Matthew 25 which is chock full of parables, so enjoy as you read

His lord said to him, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord.’

Matthew 25:21

Shall we pray? Have mercy upon me, O LORD; for I am weak: O LORD, heal me; for my bones are vexed.

Psalm 6:2

I am weary of saying how amazing The Word is. The Lord provides. If and when we decide to trust Him wholly in all we do, we can lean fully on Him

It is a place of fullness, Hallelujah! At this point I have to sing a song that was placed in my Spirit. “Hallelujah! For The Lord God omnipotent Reigneth!” There is none before Him, beside Him (well, Jesus is seated at His right in glory); what I mean is there is no being with such power and might. We shared it prior, you see Him and die as a Human. Amazing, Moses saw His glory pass by and only glimpsed Him from the rear. For if we see His face, we die.

Amazing that we shall be with Him, in His presence. We were able to share a bit ago about the awesomeness of our God. Funny, we call God a Him. We are made in His image, but we are male and female. Females were created to have offspring. They care for them, raise them, nurture them with their partners, but again it is the combination of both that leads to such positivity. So I say with knowledge that He who is with a name that is not known to us is known as Our Father in Heaven, but has all the qualities that both Male and Female have. So, God is awesome!

Our next ‘sharing’ is from Paul’s letter to the Philipians. He says “(For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.)”

Brothers and Sisters, our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. Philippians 3:18-21

We are led to be taught the same things that the early disciples learned. Our discourse is in and of Heaven. Yes, we are here, but allow your Spirit to be above all things earthly (see this means exactly what was taught, that our passions are in things to come). These passions, our conversation should be of things that are beyond what we experience.

Faith goes a far way in this. We may be experiencing burdens; cast your burdens on to (unto) Jesus for He cares for you.

I said this off the top of my heart only to go look it up, and voila “Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.” Psalm 55:22

Wow, The Word is one! Be blessed in all you do.

An excellent read and it was extremely touching; much like Revelations it read, but it was a lesson given by Jesus. A little long, but hang in there. This time I am not paraphrasing or adding in text. I just want you to receive the blessings that I got from it. So, let’s read:

“Watch out that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, claiming, ‘I am the Messiah,’ and will deceive many.  You will hear of wars and rumors of wars, but see to it that you are not alarmed. Such things must happen, but the end is still to come. Nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be famines and earthquakes in various places. All these are the beginning of birth pains.

“Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

“So when you see standing in the holy place ‘the abomination that causes desolation,’[a] spoken of through the prophet Daniel—let the reader understand—then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains. Let no one on the housetop go down to take anything out of the house. Let no one in the field go back to get their cloak. How dreadful it will be in those days for pregnant women and nursing mothers! Pray that your flight will not take place in winter or on the Sabbath. For then there will be great distress, unequaled from the beginning of the world until now—and never to be equaled again.

“If those days had not been cut short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect those days will be shortened. At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘There he is!’ do not believe it. For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you ahead of time.

“So if anyone tells you, ‘There he is, out in the wilderness,’ do not go out; or, ‘Here he is, in the inner rooms,’ do not believe it. For as lightning that comes from the east is visible even in the west, so will be the coming of the Son of Man. Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.

“Immediately after the distress of those days

“‘the sun will be darkened,

    and the moon will not give its light;

the stars will fall from the sky,

and the heavenly bodies will be shaken.’

“Then will appear the sign of the Son of Man in heaven. And then all the peoples of the earth will mourn when they see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven, with power and great glory. And he will send his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of the heavens to the other.

“Now learn this lesson from the fig tree: As soon as its twigs get tender and its leaves come out, you know that summer is near. Even so, when you see all these things, you know that it is near, right at the door. Truly I tell you, this generation will certainly not pass away until all these things have happened. Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.

“But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father. As it was in the days of Noah, so it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. For in the days before the flood, people were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark; and they knew nothing about what would happen until the flood came and took them all away. That is how it will be at the coming of the Son of Man. Two men will be in the field; one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding with a hand mill; one will be taken and the other left.

“Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him.

“Who then is the faithful and wise servant, whom the master has put in charge of the servants in his household to give them their food at the proper time? It will be good for that servant whose master finds him doing so when he returns. Truly I tell you, he will put him in charge of all his possessions. But suppose that servant is wicked and says to himself, ‘My master is staying away a long time,’ and he then begins to beat his fellow servants and to eat and drink with drunkards.  The master of that servant will come on a day when he does not expect him and at an hour he is not aware of. He will cut him to pieces and assign him a place with the hypocrites, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Matth 24:4-51

Thank you for staying tuned. A lot taught and stated. We need to pray always and submit ourselves to the will of God. Dense reading, read it again; share it if you will. But, it stands as a distinct warning and notice of things to come.

Lord Heavenly Father, we have the Prince of Peace to comfort us. We ask You for strength and focus, that we may stand in this end time. Just when it will occur, we do not know, neither Your Son, but keep us watchful as we wait in Your glory. Lord, cause our lives to be beacons to our Loved ones, allow us all to be together in Your presence in Jesus’ name, Amen

An awesome share; read and have a wonder filled day. I know I have sent quite a few, but I am blessed so I just had to bless. Feel free to share.

Life is not about finding the right person, but creating the right relationship. It’s not how we care in the beginning, but how much we care till the very end.

Some people always throw stones in your path. It depends on what you make with them; a Wall or a Bridge? – Remember you are the architect of your life.

Search for a good heart, but don’t search for a beautiful face, coz beautiful things are not always good, but good things are always beautiful.

It’s not important to hold all the good cards in life, but it’s important how well you play with the cards you hold.

Often when we lose all hope & think this is the end, remember God and pray, it’s just a bend, not the end.’ –

Have faith and have a successful life. One of the basic differences between God and humans is, God gives, gives and forgives. But the human gets, gets, gets and forgets. Be thankful in life…

If u think it is your alarm clock that woke you up this morning, try putting it beside a dead body and you will realise that it is the Grace of God that woke you up.

To put it plainly; I was so many things. Had been so many places. Material things were of no issue, I must say; “I had no wants.” This was until I was in such a horrible accident, and everything fell apart; I lost my job (a paycheck no more), my house was sold and all the material things given away. I had nothing but my depression to keep me company.

Truth be told, I realized that all my past relationships were not based on The Word of God. Yes, they were what they were (fun), but let me ask “when does a person show their true colors?” There is no reason to wish and or hope. When something is real; you know in Your Spirit. No secrets, no runarouds, no shortcuts. Truth becomes truth- undiluted. Funny enough, a hard swallow at first, but a ‘part of your being’ as you live The Word.

Any testimonies? Raises? Promotions? Grades? Anniversa? Birthdays? Praise The Lord God All Mighty!!! God is worthy to be praised. Just think, we with billions of Christians will say “In the city of The Lord, in the mountains of His holiness.” Don’t you look forward to that ‘time’ (non-ending mind you. Time ceases to exist) when we are with The Lord, our God.

In reading The Word it says in Revelations 21- “And I heard a loud voice from the throne saying, “Look! God’s dwelling place is now among the people, and he will dwell with them. They will be his people, and God himself will be with them and be their God. ‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’b or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.” (verses 3,4). Tears??? Of joy!!! Alleluia!

I realized that the less you associate with some people, the more your life will improve. As you change (hopefully for the better) your associations will change. It is called growing. An associate who does not climb climb with you, will expect you to crawl with them. Success is about impatience; frankly being impatient and awaiting changes, improvement or support from people spending time expecting ‘life’s to do it for them. In truth, does it ever? You have to get up and do. Even a winning lotto ticket needs to be bought, no?

I learned today that a mirror reflects your face, it is ‘friends’ who truly reflect what and who a person is. Think about it? What is important to your friends? Work? Truth? Partying? Finding easy ways? Again, you can be seen in the people you choose to hang out with. What is your reflection like? Hard work? Focus? Desire to succeed?

Are you spending and evening with ‘acquiatances’ or investing it with Loved ones? The reason I use the capital “L” is multifactorial. A noun is written with a capital first letterm. There is nothing like Him in this entire Universe, we should then call Him G-O-D. But, I will ‘bring it down’ and we can and will refer to Him as we have been taught though Yah-weh, the God of the Israelites, whose name was revealed to Moses as four Hebrew consonants (YHWH) called the tetragrammaton.

I can go on, and will. But let’s us end this here. We will continue by God’s grace.

Forgetting the yesteryears and looking forward to the blessed tomorrow’s.

Lord, we give You thanks for this day Father. It is Yours, guide us, lead us, surround us with Your glory. Hallelujah Father, we thank You for being all You are in our Lives. Be glorified in our words, thoughts, actions and deeds in Jesus’ name, Amen

Kinda watch out “For false messiahs and false prophets will rise up and perform great signs and wonders so as to deceive, if possible, even God’s chosen ones.”

– Matthew 24:24

Today we may see signs and wonders. Measure them up, weigh them and sift them out. Guesses are as good as fact, But our God knows all. Stand steadfast to His word and weigh things in The Spirit before embarking I’d a journey that might end up futile. Are those promises just as the Word proclaims them to be?

“And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full.” Matthew 6:5 NIV

Like I said prior “musicians among us”. As always I ran into a well known verse:  “O sing unto the LORD a new song: sing unto the LORD, all the earth.” Psalm 96:1

So, I think the ‘challenge’ is out there: write. I don’t think there will be any end to what can be written. Hope you have had an awesome day.

If we read this in continuity it says quite a bit; but for today’s sharing I have ‘piece-mealed’ it. You definitely are invited to read The Word.

The heathen are sunk down in the pit that they made: in the net which they hid is their own foot taken. The LORD is known by the judgment which he executeth: the wicked is snared in the work of his own hands. For the needy shall not always be forgotten: the expectation of the poor shall not perish for ever. Arise, O LORD; let not man prevail: let the heathen be judged in thy sight. Psalm 9:15,16, 18, 19

In there are two words I deleted Higgaion and Delay, in looking these up they are in Ps. 92:3 where it means the murmuring tone of the harp. In Ps. 9:16 it is a musical sign, denoting probably a pause in the instrumental interlude. In Ps. 19:14 the word is rendered “meditation”; and in Lam. 3:62, “device.”

So in today’s share, we are in a wonderful place. Even those who we are moved to be ‘trodden’ upon by, or people who make naught of us; have their part coming.

Of course in no way should we stop showing Love and praying for them; their conversion will be a testimony and definitely to God’s glory. So, keep praying people; and have a blessed day.

After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magia from the east came to Jerusalem and asked, “Where is the one who has been born king of the Jews? We saw his star when it rose and have come to worship him.”

Matthew 2:1,2

Perceiving then that they were about to come and take him by force to make him king, Jesus withdrew again to the mountain by himself.

Matthew 6:15

…and went up to him again and again, saying, “Hail, king of the Jews!” And they slapped him in the face.

John 19:3

Pilate had a notice prepared and fastened to the cross. It read: JESUS OF NAZARETH, THE KING OF THE JEWS. Many of the Jews read this sign, for the place where Jesus was crucified was near the city, and the sign was written in Aramaic, Latin and Greek. The chief priests of the Jews protested to Pilate, “Do not write ‘The King of the Jews,’ but that this man claimed to be king of the Jews.”

John 19:19-21

Jesus is referred to as the King of the Jews as we see above at two times in His earthly life: at His birth by the wise men Matthew 2:2 and at His trial and subsequent crucifixion (Mark 15:2). All four gospels record the words “King of the Jews” as part of Pilate’s instructions to the angry mob (Matthew 27:37; Mark 15:9; Luke 23:38; John 19:3) and Pilate’s direct address to Jesus (Matthew 27:11; Mark 15:2; Luke 23:3; John 18:33). It is interesting that only non-Jews used this specific title to describe Jesus, underscoring the truth of John 1:11, which says, “He came to his own, and his own people did not receive him.”

(For many walk, of whom The Apostle Paul told us, and now tells us even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.) We need to learn where we place our minds and what stays our thoughts.

For our conversation is in Heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall change our vile body, we grow old and feeble; Even If we be athletes in our prime, we have ‘bodies’ that deteriorate with time. It has been taught that our true self is Spirit, we pointed out that you say “I”, who are you? I am aware of the argument; if you were decrepit and lying on a hospital bed you would still say “I”. Who and what are you?

The thoughts all come from within, within what? Yes, you might say “They are in my head.” Whose head? So, you have a head, arms, legs and so on. But for example if you do not have those things any more. You to the rest of the World are a specimen, but you are you. Understandably emotionally shaken by all that occurred to get you there, but you are you; no?

And we read in follow up of the verse that we started; “That our Spirit may be fashioned like unto his glorious body (which in fact is Spirit, I know that Jesus rose in body to Heaven, observed by many witnesses; what this means literally, we shall see. To end this Enoch and Elijah were taken up to Heaven in the body. The bible says though in Enochs case the bible says “God took him”, but it does not explicitly say whether he was alive or dead, and it does not say where God took him. ) according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. Philippians 3:18-21

In reading, it came to me that in the same way the entire bible is truly one continuous testimony of the power, Love and Justice of our Father. These verses are linked, let us quickly ‘go through’ them. We start with the first quotation; Matthew 18:18 “Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will bee bound in Heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in Heaven.” Moving right along in and when we agree in Spirit it is a done deal, (“Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in Heaven. Matthew 18:19)   Hallelujah! We can know and believe that is so among believers, so is the Spirit of God able to bring it all to pass. We had just discussed the ‘limitations’ of Satan. Yes, He has ‘henchmen’ working with him. He can only be one place at a time. In our recent study, we noted this; for at the temptation of Jesus, there he was. We had even compared this with the Angel Gabriel who was sent to inform Mary of her soon to be Child by the Spirit of God.

I have to say “Hail Mary full of grace, The Lord My God is with the, blessed is the womb and the fruit of your womb Jesus.”

This finally means so much, blessed is the fruit of your womb-Jesus. And to follow that we ask for her to speak to her Son on our behalf. I am aware, I am off topic, but we will return to this in the near future. In the meantime we can look up

Our verses then refer to what we should do. It says that we should cast down imaginations and everything that raises itself against the knowledge of God. Essentially, we are told we can bind these and know they are bound in Heaven.

And what else are we asked to do? To keep our minds focused on The Lord our God. Amen.

Let all the earth fear the Lord;

let all the people of the world revere him.

For he spoke, and it came to be;

he commanded, and it stood firm.

The Lord foils the plans of the nations;

he thwarts the purposes of the peoples.

But the plans of the Lord stand firm forever, the purposes of his heart through all generations.

Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord, the people he chose for his inheritance.

From heaven the Lord looks down

and sees all mankind;

from his dwelling place he watches

all who live on earth—

He who forms the hearts of all,

who considers everything they do.

No king is saved by the size of his army;

no warrior escapes by his great strength.

A horse is a vain hope for deliverance;

despite all its great strength it cannot save.

But the eyes of the Lord are on those who fear him,

His eyes on those whose hope is in his unfailing love,

to deliver them from death

and keep them alive in famine.

We wait in hope for the Lord;

He is our help and our shield.

In Him our hearts rejoice,

for we trust in His holy name.

May your unfailing Love be with us, Lord,

even as we put our hope in you. We pray in Jesus’ name, Amen

This for the most part was derived from Psalm 33:8-22 as said The Word is one. Have a blessed day.

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.

Romans 12:12

Why we must have and be full of J-O-Y (Jesus, Others, Yourself) because in H-O-P-E: Hope Opens Pathways into the Everlasting. P-A-T-I-E-N-T: Pray As Time In Effectively Nurturess Trust.

Brethren, we must be faithful in prayer. Have an awesome day. Before we go:

Father Lord, into Your hands I commit this day, Father thank You for the upcoming testimonies, move me to share them so that others will believe. I commit those I Love into Your hands. Father, meet them at their points of need, cause them to come to a knowledge of You. Lord, even I stand to learn, let them teach through and for You. My colleagues at work, bless and make whole, Lord help me be Your tool to witness to them even in little ways. Thank You as gratitude fills my heart for just how awesome You are. Thank You Father in Jesus’ name, Amen

Let us start to ‘tear’ this down; “The LORD looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men (This should give us either a reason to be exceedingly glad or fearful. For even what we think is known to Him. Yes, our actions are what count, but to be as we should is key.)

From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth. He fashioneth their hearts alike (can we, should we believe and trust? That Sister, Brother, Congrgation member has exactly what you have, yes! Their testimony might be different; but more important is how they took/received the pushes and pulls of Life); he considereth all their works. There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength.” (‘Strength’ means not much to our Father in Heaven. Neither are the number of troops, facility or tendency of artillery, sheer numbers, frankly, that can make as many ‘advances’ as they want, our Father ‘chuckles’. Our God allows us to decide the ‘what, where, how’s. We cam do so, He determines the extent of all.) It is amazing that God who observed in the days of Noah, watched as the populace faced other directions-not Him. Our Father watched as Lives from the union of what he created (Angels, or as referred to in The Scripture ‘The sons of God’) and humans mated. In fact, they took who they willed. The world truly became a place that was stepped aside from His will. We spoke about this before, nowadays by God’s grace we do not have these among us. We will return to this to study it in a bit later.

Psalm 33:13-16; Genesis 6

Look to the Lord and his strength;

seek his face always.

Psalm 105:4

We might think we are able, it all is good until…then we realize that it is not will. There is His way. I have to say “It is God’s way or the bye-way.” This has so many meanings it is quite daunting. So many times we come up things that we can do, most likely because we saw someone doing it. But what exactly is their story?

In high school, there was always this kid who came first or at least in the ‘units’ (meaning 1st through 9th place- performance wise in a class of 40). What was his story? I stayed up (I went to school in the northern part of Nigeria, a boarding school in fact) and tried my best. I am still in touch, but he was a day student; meaning he was there for classes and that was it. To be honest, I never quite figured it out. The point I am making is that it is good to look around, but have your own goals, your own way of pursuing your dreams.

In the verse above, our resilience is a blessing. My challenge is ‘Let others see you doing well and use you as an example’ in turn we have the greatest example that ever was-Jesus.

I will be naughty and ask, have you healed anyone lately, caused a blind man to see, raised the dead??? See, Jesus said “Greater works than these you will do.” John 14:12

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Romans 12:2

I know that we re-visit some verses. To delve right in; ” The LORD looketh from heaven; he beholdeth all the sons of men. From the place of his habitation he looketh upon all the inhabitants of the earth. He fashioneth their hearts alike; he considereth all their works.”

Psalm 33:13-15

We are fashioned with the ability to have passion and to seek with passion. To be rained upon bountifully as we do God’s will. We can go back and look at ‘The Promise book’s-The Bible. What is written in there is ours, we just need to ask in faith and we have. Hallelujah!

As we go into the next period, let us state what is fact. That pur lives are bountiful, our Father is awesomely giving and we are special in His sight.

“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations.”

Jeremiah 1:5

The importance of faith. Our prayer is

Let thy mercy, O LORD, be upon us, according as we hope in thee.

Psalm 33:22

Our faith is important, it is a huge part of who we are, what we do. There is nothing that determines our goals like faith. “Will you get there/it?” We can answer in faith, knowing that by God’s grace we shall.

I know we have spoken about this before, ‘faithing’ it becomes the way we live. Trusting God becomes our centerpiece.

Father Lord, thank You for all You do. At this time I commit my faith into Your hands. If I can believe it, It is. Thank You Father. Lord, I commit this day into Your holy hands. Thank You for all I have. In my Life Lord be glorified. Lord, thank You for taking care of my issues, with You there is no mountain insurmountable. Thank You for faith, Lord allow my faith to grow. I commit those You have placed in my Life for Your cause, bless them Lord, meet them at their points of need. Where I can do better, school me Lord. Allow me to let go of all things in the past, our journey is ongoing. Help me focus only on You. This time is blessed as I spend it with You. Allow me to learn to speak with You all ways, in times of need, in times when Your glory shines on and through me. Lord, You alone are holy, You alone are God, fill me with Your Spirit in Jesus’s name, Amen

Awesome teaching today; I was reading and it all came to me in a flurry. In my ‘dream’ there was nothing that distinguished male from female; I just was me. I understand that it is a bit difficult to understand, we had shared about the sons of God who took mates of whom they chose and defied definitions. This was in the time of Noah. But, to continue on our path there were Sadducees that tested Jesus, they asked that if a woman had a husband who died and had brothers who in turn married her to ‘continue’ his line. They asked whose she would be when they arrived in Heaven. His answer speaks volumes:

“Jesus replied, “Your mistake is that you don’t know the Scriptures, and you don’t know the power of God.
