The who, the what and the why…You?

John was standing with two of his disciples,

and as he watched Jesus walk by, he said,
“Behold, the Lamb of God.”
The two disciples heard what he said and followed Jesus.
Jesus turned and saw them following Him and said to them,
“What are you looking for?”
We should ask ourselves what exactly we want. Let me be direct and ask “What do to you want?” Why did you become a believer? Born into it many will say. My parents, my relatives even some “My friends!” Pretty cool to be ‘one’ of The in crowd, huh!
Hold up! It isn’t so cool when jobs, careers, wants and needs, speak contrary to our beliefs and ways.
One step around this is the size of our family. The family of believers. Knowing, learning of them and they being heads in corporations will and should lend a hand.
Remember, after we fell from Grace before the “Go” button was hit by Christ, we were told
“Because you listened to your wife and ate fruit from the tree about which I commanded you, ‘You must not eat from it,’
“Cursed is the ground because of you; through painful toil you will eat food from it all the days of your life.
It will produce thorns and thistles for you, and you will eat the plants of the field.
By the sweat of your brow
you will eat your food
until you return to the ground,
since from it you were taken;
for dust you are and to dust you will return.”
Genesis 3:17-19
This is what WE did. Another sharing is on what The Garden of Eden consisted of. We live under The Word of God. Check this out, Jesus lived here on Earth but 30 something years, Methuselah a tad bit longer; we have our timeline. Make it count! So many things I hear fire me up in the Spirit. It is not what we do while we are here, but what we are remembered for. So many people have come and gone. Be someone! Make a difference, how? There are so many ways, pray on it, and by God’s awesome grace it will be revealed. As shared, we were all created for a purpose. Find it, live it, be blessed in it, as we do our looking forward to going home will develop a passion unmatched by any, Amen

In our sharing above John the Baptist disciples spoke with/To Jesus and said to him, “Rabbi” — which translated means ‘Teacher’ —,
“where are you staying?”
He said to them, “Come, and you will see.”
So they went and saw where Jesus was staying,
and they stayed with Him that day.

At about four in the afternoon.
Andrew, the brother of Simon Peter,
was one of the two who heard John and followed Jesus.
He first found his own brother Simon and told him,
“We have found the Messiah” — which is translated Christ — Then he brought Simon to Jesus.
Jesus looked at him and said,
“You are Simon the son of John;
you will be called Cephas” — which is translated Peter.
If we look this up, we find what it truly means:
It is derived, via Latin “petra”, from the Greek word πέτρος (petros) meaning “stone” or “rock”. According to the New Testament, Jesus gave Saint Peter (whose given name was Simon) the name Kephas or Cephas meaning “stone” in Aramaic.

So many Scripture verses are based on this. As we see prior to a ‘physical’ meeting, Jesus knee Peter in The Spiritual realms
In the gospel of Matthew 16:19, Jesus says to Peter, “I will give you the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven, and whatever you bind on Earth shall be bound in Heaven, and whatever you loose on Earth shall be loosed in Heaven.”

We being part of The Heavenly family haven been adopted:
“Therefore you are no longer a slave, but a son; and if a son, then an heir through God. However at that time, when you did not know God, you were slaves to those which by nature are no gods. But now that you have come to know God, or rather to be known by God, how is it that you turn back again to the weak and worthless elemental things, to which you desire to be enslaved all over again?”
Galatians 4:7-9

In prayer, we can bind and loose in the,Spirit to God’s glory, Amen
When we consider the magnitude of God’s essence we realize that:
He IS worthy of ALL the Praise! Amen
