Planted in Christ, flourish in Him

Now, the only thing the little tree you plant has to do is grow. It has to draw the nutrients and moisture from the soil. It has to draw its allotted portion. To be productive, the more it is nurtured, the more bountiful the harvest.

To have the plant thrive, you have to give it care as it starts pushing up out of the ‘soil’. In growing, it pushes out limbs, leaves, blossoms, and fruit. The fruit was within the tree in the beginning/start, it just has to be nurtured.

And every man that’s made anew in Christ Jesus– and ALL you have need of: your healing, health and progress–your plenty, you already have in you.

His divine power has given us everything we need for a godly-life through our knowledge of Him who called us by His own glory and goodness. Through these He has given us His very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.”
2 Peter 1:3,4

Satan and his minions will afflict you, yes! They will. But we have received the grace to overcome, Amen

No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can endure it.” 1 Corinthians 10:31

But everything you have need of in your ‘journey’ is in you and has been for always. You are a new creation with a ‘brand new’ spirit.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation you are has come: The old has passed away, the new is here! All this is from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And He has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ’s ambassadors, as though God were making His appeal through us. We implore you on Christ’s behalf: Be reconciled to God. God made Him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God. 2 Corinthians 5:15-21

And we are planted in Christ Jesus, flourish in Him, Amen
