Wow! What we are to do!

For I received from The Lord what I also passed on to you, that The Lord Jesus on the night in which He was betrayed took bread, and after He had given thanks (Wow! Jesus knew exactly what would transpire! And Jesus gave thanks! What?! For His ability to stand in for us!) Jesus broke it and said, “This is My body, which is for you. Do this in remembrance of me (do we? The GREATEST gift EVER! Christmas comes but once a year! When it comes it brings good cheer – presents, gifts and goodies abound! However THE GEEATEST gift EVER was The gift of Jesus standing – or should I say hanging in our stead.)

In the same way, Jesus also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood. Do this, every time you drink it, in remembrance of Me.” Amen.

For every time you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim The Lord’s death until He comes. Amen

1 Corinthians 11:23-26

So very much from so few words! The Eucharist?! It is a ‘ritual’ to many! “I will just partake in this because I was ‘told’ to!

Hold on a minute! What does it mean really?

Habit? Conditioning? Routine?

“O! I am supposed to do this in Church!”

Really? There is so much more than just a ‘quick snack’!

I am one to speak! I never understood it until recently

“Lord, I am not worthy to recieve you. Only say the word and I (my servant) shall be healed.” Where is this from?

Yes! A lot of questions. I am aware, but to share what has been made clear to me is a blessing. Wow! We can go on for hours!

Got into an argument on your way to church? Cursed someone out the day/night before? Had a ‘disagreement’ prior to your attending any gathering in The name of The Lord?

But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire. Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee; Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift. Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison.”

Luke 12:22-25

You are not fit to present yourself before The Lord without first allowing all to be well in your life.

Wow, Forgive! Have you been forgiven?

And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.

Ephesians 4:32

I need share no more! What has been said has been said! It is solely up to us to do as we will. We will be rewarded for it, Amen
2 Timothy 3

Jave we ever really thought about what it truly means?
