Make a joyful noise unto The LORD, all ye nations. With praise, proclamation and dance. Even king David dance himself bare!
“Then David danced before The Lord with all his might; and David was wearing [only] a linen ephod [loincloth, kilt, or apron]” (2 Samuel 6:14).
Was there judgement? Yes! When our spirit knows The LORD, awesome things happen!
“For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after The Spirit the things of The Spirit.”
“But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that The Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not The Spirit of Christ, he is none of His”.
A Definite difference between the flesh and the spirit!
Whatever garment David was wearing, it apparently scandalized Michal, who accused him of lewd, base behavior-of “uncovering himself in the eyes of the maids” (2 Samuel 6:20).
Serve The LORD with gladness: come before His presence with singing.
Know ye that The LORD is God: it is He that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are His people, and the sheep of His pasture. Enter into His gates with thanksgiving, and into His courts with praise: be thankful unto Him, and bless His name.
For The LORD is good; His mercy is everlasting (never fails!); and His truth endureth to all generations.
