Jesus IS The Author AND Finisher of our Faith.

What do I mean by this? At The beginning of “Time” there was nothing to be seen in the physical, even by the Creations of God. As Earth was to be and is; it is in the spiritual. Physical it was and is not, spiritual it was/is and is to be.

The Word of God in God’s AWESOME will came forth and The Seen was Created. An intense concept this! I will let that soak in.

NO principality or power could do what was spoken into being by The Word of God! In fact ALL gave God praise!

God created angels for many purposes, including guiding, protecting and encouraging us. The angels are God’s servants, sent by Him into the world to serve His will. However one of the most important roles of angels is praising and glorifying God. There are tons of bible verses that tell us of millions of angels coming together to celebrate Him. These bible verses help guide us to the Lord, and teach us how we can honor and praise God too. The angels call on us to Love Him as they do.

Many of us would be surprised to see how much the bible speaks about angels rejoicing in the Lord. These bible verses about angels praising Him will inspire you to celebrate the Lord, too!

We can take a moment to glimpse the essence of angel’s: https://www.openbible.info/topics/angels_glory

We will stay honed in on our focus – our faith. Man stepped away from God’s will. Amazing awesomeness of God was mirrored in ALL. In the garden of Eden, no gardening, planting was done until Man stepped away from The Will of God, Amen.

So the Lord God banished him from the Garden of Eden to work the ground from which he had been taken. After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.

In curiosity with the will to know; I have wondered where this place of amazing beauty would be – The garden of Eden…

The Garden of Eden is considered to be mythological by most scholars. Among those that consider it to have been real, there have been various suggestions for its location utilizing the geographic description in The Word: at the head of the Persian Gulf, in southern Mesopotamia (now Iraq) where the Tigris and Euphrates rivers run into the sea; and in Armenia. Reason I am curious is that with an angel with a fiery sword in the spiritual, what happens in the physical? A desert? No matter what Man attempts, The Author of History Who knows all has it so that NO living Man will ever find it. Awesome enough, God has told The Story of Man from beginning to end, Amen.

An aside; when God calls you listen and do as led, Amen. I am smitten by the fact that individuals in The Word that obeyed are spoken of. Those who heard, but fled away from The Will of God are LOST in time, never to be heard from or about ever. Why do I state this? So very many reasons! David was sought to be killed, had spears cast at him, was hunted…was tested! On two specific occasions he had the opportunity to strike Saul dead! He was tested and came out in and by The AWESOME grace of God!

Yes, there is testing going on in our lives! Stand on The Word and trust God. Lean on Him, trust His Word! Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.” “Whoever trusts in his own mind is a fool, but he who walks in wisdom will be delivered.” “And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” … If God is for us, who can be against us?

Proverbs 3:5 -

“Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.”

Proverbs 28:26 -

“Whoever trusts in his own mind is a fool, but he who walks in wisdom will be delivered.”

Philippians 4:19 -

“And my God shall supply all your need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.”

2 Corinthians 4:8-9, 16 –

“We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed….

“Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”

2 Corinthians 5:7 -

” for we walk by faith, not by sight.”

Matthew 19:26 -

“With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

Romans 8:31 -

“What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?”

1 Peter 5:6–7 -

“Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.”

Isaiah 26:3 -

“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast because they trust in you.”

Isaiah 40:28–31 -

“Do you not know? Have you not heard? The LORD is the everlasting God, the Creator of the ends of the earth. He will not grow tired or weary, and his understanding no one can fathom. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall, but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”

We could endlessly go on…But, we are in His-story! Amen. Are you called, led? Do!

My example, Mother Mary was BORN to be The Bearer of Christ, yet she was asked! Had she said “No” or even “Let me think on it.” We would never have heard of her! Her answer?

In the sixth month, God sent the angel Gabriel to Nazareth, a town in Galilee, to a virgin pledged to be married to a man named Joseph, a descendant of David. The virgin’s name was Mary. The angel went to her and said, ‘Greetings, you who are highly favoured! The Lord is with you.’

Mary was greatly troubled at his words and wondered what kind of greeting this might be. But the angel said to her, ‘Do not be afraid, Mary, you have found favour with God. You will be with child and give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus. He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David, and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever; His Kingdom will never end.’

‘How will this be,’ Mary asked the angel, ‘since I am a virgin?’

The angel answered, ‘The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of The Most High will overshadow you. So The holy One to be born will be called The Son of God. Even Elizabeth your relative is going to have a child in her old age, and she who was said to be barren is in her sixth month. For nothing is impossible with God.’

‘I am The Lord’s servant,’ Mary answered. ‘May it be to me as you have said.‘ Then the angel left her.

Luke 1:26-38

This touched me when I first read it decades ago, Amen. It still floors me now. I am led to share the exact occurence in The Life of Jesus:

Luke 22:42 “Father, if You are Willing, take this cup from Me; yet not My will, but Yours be done.”

Recognizing His purpose He submitted to it. What is The Will of God in your life? Jesus stepped way, very far down. The Word of God Which created ALL things became HuMan. He stepped down even below angel’s He Created!

John 6:38-40 “For I have come down from Heaven not to do My will but to do The Will of Him Who sent Me. And this is The Will of God Who sent Me, that I shall lose none of all those He has given Me, but raise them up at the last day. For My Father’s Will is that everyone who looks to The Son and believes in Him shall have eternal life, and I will raise them up at the last day.”

“But we do see Jesus, Who was made lower than the angels for a little while, now crowned with glory and honor because He suffered death, so that by The grace of God He might taste death for everyone.” Hebrews 2:9

Wow, GLORY! The Author and Finisher of our faith, Amen.
