In the Bible, you’ll find assurance that God does understand and wants to help you:
- He is described as “the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort” (2 Corinthians 1:3).
- He knows what is happening to you: “But you, God, see the trouble of the afflicted; you consider their grief and take it in hand” (Psalm 10:14a).
- God wants you to talk about your hurts, to “pour out your heart to him” (Psalm 62:8 NLT).

Do you see? He hears your cries for help and He invites you to come to Him for comfort.
Does God Allow it? There are testimonies to be had in and through Jesus, Amen.
Trouble and anguish have taken hold on me: yet Thy commandments are my delights, Amen. The righteousness of Thy testimonies is everlasting: give me understanding, and I shall live, Amen.
I cried with my whole heart; hear me, O LORD: I will keep Thy statutes. I cried unto Thee; save me, and I shall keep Thy testimonies. And I shall share of the bountiful blessings of glory Thou has rained down on me LORD, I am soaked with Your goodness as I an drenched with Your blessings, You have opened The gates of Heaven LORD and Your blessings rain down on me.
I prevented the dawning of the morning, and cried: I hoped in Thy Word. Mine eyes prevent the night watches as I staved off sleep, that I might meditate in Thy Word.
Hear my voice according unto Thy Lovingkindness: O LORD, quicken me according to Thy judgment. They draw nigh that follow after mischief: they are far from Thy law.
Thou art near, O LORD; and all Thy commandments are truth. Concerning Thy testimonies which I shall share I decree in Jesus’ name, Amen.
I have known of old that Thou hast founded my testimonies for ever for You knew me before I was born.
Consider mine affliction, and deliver me:
for I do not forget Thy law. Plead my cause Father, and deliver me: quicken me according to Thy Word.
Salvation is far from the wicked: for they seek not Thy statutes.
Great are Thy tender mercies, O LORD: quicken me according to Thy judgments.
Many are my persecutors and mine enemies; yet do I not decline from Thy testimonies. I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved; because they kept not Thy word. Consider how I Love Love Thy precepts: quicken me, O LORD, according to Thy Lovingkindness. Thy Word is true from The beginning: and every one of Thy righteous judgments endureth for always LORD, Amen.
