John has a LOT to say. “DO as it has been done to/for you” – Amen.
Forgiving one another as we have been forgiven. Excuses may come rolling off our tongues… REMEMBER THIS… God’s Word says that we are saved by grace through faith in Christ Jesus and not by our own efforts or works (Ephesians 2:8-9). Grace Alone. Faith Alone.
Grace alone means that God loves, forgives, and saves us not because of who we are or what we do, but because of the work of Christ.
“No man hath seen God at any time.” Important words to remember, because it means that we are all equals. Must we see God to believe? Every person has felt God, whether or not they know it. For those of us that do know it, it is our duty, our responsibility, our purpose, to love others so that they too can feel God’s Love.
And we pray:
Heavenly Father, the seeds of Your Love have grown throughout the world. I, as a humble seed, ask that You help my faith grow stronger so that I too can spread Your Love. Forgive me for causing harm to another person, and help me apologize to those that I have wronged. With Your grace, I ask that You help me Love/love my neighbor as myself, or better yet, love my neighbor as I Love You, O Lord. Amen.
