What POWER the lips have!

– Ask and you shall recieve.

– Confess with your lips your sin and ask to be forgiven; you possess a NEW beginning.

Be cautious with pronouncements – before you speak The Creator Knows what shall be expressed from your 👄.

The Lord knows ALL, so let’s connect these two verses in Jeremiah, starting with chapter 17:10 where it says: the Lord knows our hearts and will give us our rewards based on what our actions deserve; and chapter 29:11 says, For I know the plans I have for you,” declares The Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Hope!

Hope” is commonly used to mean a wish : its strength is the strength of the person’s desire. But in the Bible hope is the confident expectation of what God has promised and its strength is in His faithfulness.

When people speak about hope in a spiritual context, it might mean believing good things will happen with faith in a higher power. They might direct their hopes outward in prayer. … Whatever the details, hope in general means a desire for things to change for the better, and to want that better situation very much.

A confession of faith is the cornerstone of Christianity. This confession is required to any Christian for salvation. But it cannot be just a confession of words. It must be a confession of the heart. When we believe in our heart and confess with our mouths that Christ is the Son of God, we are saved. God then abides in us, and we abide in Him.

And we pray:

Lord, I believe in my heart that Jesus Christ is Your Son, Who died for my sins. I confess Him with my mouth and seek to follow Him ALL my days. I thank You for sending Your Son to die for me. I thank You for abiding within me and may I abide with You, my Lord. Amen.
