Proverbs 18:21 – Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit.
Be very careful of the words you allow to come out of your mouth because words have power and they produce results.
The old adage is what you see is what you get, but, what I have learned in my 49 years is what speak is what you get!
We are reminded in this text that life and death is in the power of the tongue and whatever we speak will come to pass. Yes, we ALL will live with the consequences of our words be it good or evil.
Speaking faith produces powerful results. Let’s read Mark 11:23 “Truly I tell you that if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Be lifted up and thrown into the sea,’ and has no doubt in his heart but believes that it will happen, it will be done for him.
What you speak is what you get! This is why we MUST speak The Word of God out of our mouth concerning our families and in every circumstances be it good or bad.
Hafiz said “the words you speak becomes the house you live in”.
If you are a negative person and always speaking death, doubt, doom and gloom and defeat in your life, that is what you will have.
Speak life! Remember life and death is in the power of the tongue and you will eat the fruit of your spoken words. Your life is what you speak it to be.
One thing of a surety and that is what we speak is what we produce in our lives. We can bless ourselves or curse our own selves with our words.
You decide what you will speak because it is you who will live out the words you speak out of your mouth.
Renew your mind through The Word of God daily and begin to say what God has said concerning you!
God started calling Abraham a father when He made the promise to him.
No, it makes no sense to the natural mind to speak the future through God’s Words to something that has not yet manifested or may be dead in your life, but that is what faith is. God went so far as changing Abram name to Abraham, meaning “Father of Many” even while Abraham was childless and He and Sara was beyond child bearing age.
God is the God of the impossible! Speak The Word!
Speak those things that are not as though they were and they shall come to pass.
God said “let there be” and there it was. The power of God lives in us by means of His Holy Spirit Who leads, guides and directs us into all truth. Let Him speak through you those things that produces life more abundantly by being obedient to His leading in your thoughts and deeds.
People of God you have what you say, be it positive, negative, good or bad. Your words produces your life.
Always be careful about what you allow to come out of your mouth, think before you speak, especially in an angry or rageful fits because what you speak and put out in the atmosphere is what you get!
Speak The Word of God! and live the abundant life God has prepared for you to live.
What you speak produces life in your life. You will live in the house of your words.
