Teach me Thy way, O LORD, and lead me in a plain path, because of mine enemies. Deliver me not over unto the will of mine enemies: for false witnesses are risen up against me, and such as breathe out cruelty. I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of The LORD in the land of the living. Wait on The LORD: be of good courage, and He shall strengthen your heart: wait, I say, on The LORD. Psalm 27:11-14
The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.
He makes me lie down in green pastures,
He leads me beside quiet waters,
He refreshes my soul.
He guides me along the right paths
for His name’s sake.
Even though I walk through the darkest valley,
I will fear no evil, for You LORD are all ways with me;

Your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
Psalm 23:1-4

Even if it was the David the servant of The Father; a Man after God’s Heart that wrote Psalms, it is awesome how it all fits in. I ask “What did he do, that I don’t?” Yup! Best ask. king David watched his father’s sheep, was too physically ‘puny’ to be given a position in the army or to be enlisted! Check this out:
1 Samuel 17:1-25:7
As opposed to stating the obvious read it. David wrote in truth, he had a relationship with GOD, do you?
Do we see The goodness of The LORD in the here and now? Are we patient?
“A thousand years in Your sight
are like a day that has just gone by,
or like a watch in the night.”
Psalm 90:4
This may be difficult to understand. IF Adam had done as he was asked to, he would still be here. Although I do not want to go there at this time-consuming “technology” would be so far advanced. It literally would not be of this world! A planet may have moved in line with earth and rotate with the same hours, climate and hence life. We are human, but in each is a Spirit in The likeness of God. Check it out “likeness!” Are we god-like? For most it is a rip roaring “No!” And we ARE supposed to be. “Like Father, like child.”
Whoever says he abides in Him ought to walk in the same way in which He walked.
1 John 2:6
Paul said: Be imitators of me, as I am of Christ.
1 Corinthians 11:1
For to this you have been called, because Christ also suffered for you, leaving you an example, so that you might follow in His steps.
1 Peter 2:21
Therefore be imitators of God, as beloved children. And walk in Love, as Christ Loved us and gave Himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.
Ephesians 5:1-2
