For still the vision awaits its appointed time; it hastens to the end—it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay.
But they who wait for The Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under Heaven.
Wait for The Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for The Lord!
For there is a time and a way for everything, although man’s trouble lies heavy on him.
1 Thessalonians 5:1
Now concerning the times and the seasons, brothers, you have no need to have anything written to you.
2 Corinthians 12:9
But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
2 Peter 3:8
But do not overlook this one fact, beloved, that with The Lord one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
2 Peter 3:9
The Lord is not slow to fulfill His promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.
He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or seasons that The Father has fixed by His own authority.”
Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is The Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.
He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, He has put eternity into man’s heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end.
I said in my heart, God will judge the righteous and the wicked, for there is a time for every matter and for every work.
For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.
But when the fullness of time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of woman, born under the law.
But the fruit of The Spirit is Love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness.
And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.
“Is anything too hard for The Lord? At the appointed time I will return to you, about this time next year, and Sarah shall have a son.”
And Sarah conceived and bore Abraham a son in his old age at the time of which God had spoken to him.
Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
So that you may not be sluggish, but imitators of those who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares The Lord, “plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
Jesus answered him, “What I am doing you do not understand now, but afterward you will understand.”
“Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.”
Jesus said to them, “My time has not yet come, but your time is always here.”
The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him.
But he said, “What is impossible with men is possible with God.”
And saying, “The time is fulfilled, and The Kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.”
But as for me, I will look to The Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; my God will hear me.
And my God will supply every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
Your Word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.
My times are in Your hand; rescue me from the hand of my enemies and from my persecutors!
Wait for The Lord and keep His way, and He will exalt you to inherit the land; you will look on when the wicked are cut off.
Be still before The Lord and wait patiently for Him; fret not yourself over the one who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices!
“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the Earth!”
“At the set time that I appoint I will judge with equity.”
So teach us to number our days that we may get a heart of wisdom.
For a thousand years in your sight are but as yesterday when it is past, or as a watch in the night.
For while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly.
And we know that for those who Love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to His purpose.
