Look around you. And y’all we pray with/for the sight impaired listening/hearing this word…

The Earth, not Mars, Jupiter or Pluto! Think on this!

Y’all, we are each a speck on a speck! We revolve around a ‘Star’ – the Sun, that is one of so very many! In the universe, there are billions of galaxies. No body can say the exact number of stars in the universe. If you say “Sun” there is only one. But Sun is a star.

I have come to understand that I am nothing! Yet, in Love I was Created for a purpose. More so, my motor vehicle accident and its results pointed me to why I am.

I study The Call of individuals through His-Story:

Even if it was just a ‘dream,’ I have belied the profession I practice. We have shared diagnosis/results leading to my discharge from rehabilitation to my family home. Love is unique! Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

This points me to fact; the Earth is filled with The Love of God!!! Amen. The flood in the days of Noah? Nuclear bombs, world wars, even climate change! Yet, our story has been written.

I will take this as an occasion to share truth, when I was growing up no one was ‘concerned’ about climate change/longevity/replenishing the Earth. For awesome reason, we are there now. So many ways to go with this:

Cli·mate changenoun

  1. A change in global or regional climate patterns, in particular a change apparent from the mid to late 20th century onwards and attributed largely to the increased levels of atmospheric carbon dioxide produced by the use of fossil fuels.

What can we do to support The Love that God places on Earth?

Options to reduce the consequences of climate change generally fall into four broad categories: 1) mitigation—efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions; 2) adaptation—increasing society’s capacity to cope with changes in climate; 3) geoengineering or Earth manipulation—additional, deliberate intervention in the Earth system that tries to counteract some of the impacts of greenhouse gas emissions; and 4) pursuit of additional knowledge—efforts to understand more about the climate system, our impact on it, the consequences, or the response options themselves.
