Do not compare our own measly understanding to that of God’s! God created us and everything. Who are we to say that we know this or that to be true. All that we know is because the Lord allows us to know it. Thanks be to God.
And we pray:
O Lord in Heaven, forgive my arrogance! I have thought on more than one occasion that I knew something better than You – The seat of Wisdom. What a fool that I am! I am so blessed that You still Love me, gentle God, and know full well that I do not deserve it. I pray that You instil a new calmness in me and a desire to be humble and wise, as Your Son – Jesus Christ, has taught me and I derive from Your Word. Amen.
