At first read “confess your to each other…” A few thoughts swirled in my mind…but, this is The body of Christ. It does not say “broadcast on open channels.” Peace reign in The body of Christ, Amen. More signicantly it teaches to pray for each other. Every thought in our mind, actions are known before we utter them. We ask because we are taught to bring it all before The Lord. Jesus said “Where two or three are gathered in My name, I am there in their midst.”

When we speak,, baring our hearts to one to another healing happens in spirit and body. When we come to Jesus and confess the ways we have messed up we are forgiven.

It is in that powerful moment of vulnerability when we humbly confess our sins before God where God’s Spirit can begin to rewrite our pasts and give us the strength we need to move forward without continuing in the same sins. God hears our cries for help and His Word reminds us that there is power in our prayers.
Bring your brokenness to Jesus and He is faithful to bring healing and freedom to your life.
