The will of God.

Ask and you shall recieve. Is it God’s will?

In His agony in Gethsemane Jesus prayed three times for a way around His suffering: “Yet not as I will, but as You will…. may Your will be done.” Matthew 26:39,42

“Since the day we heard about you, we have not stopped praying for you and asking God to fill you with the knowledge of His will through all spiritual wisdom and understanding.” Colossians 1:9

“through all spiritual wisdom and understanding.” Knowing God’s will is a matter of gaining spiritual wisdom and understanding from God Himself — The only Source.

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect. Romans 12:2

So then do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is. Ephesians 5:17

For this reason also, since the day we heard of it, we have not ceased to pray for you and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding. Colossians 1:9

Ephesians 1:9
Verse Concepts
He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His kind intention which He purposed in Him

And know His will and approve the things that are essential, being instructed out of the Law. Romans 2:18

And that slave who knew his master’s will and did not get ready or act in accord with his will, will receive many lashes… Luke 12:47

For I did not shrink from declaring to you the whole purpose of God. Acts 20:27

And he said, ‘The God of our fathers has appointed you to know His will and to see the Righteous One and to hear an utterance from His mouth. Acts 22:14

We pray as taught by The Word of God:

Father, my Creator, my Reason. In my life, Your will be done. There are hopes, dreams, ambitions. I can only have good success through You. I pray today and always Your will be done in and with my life. As directed/led/touched in Your Word, I decree this in The name of Jesus, Amen.

Job 22:28 states, “Thou shalt also decree a thing and it shall be established unto thee and the light shall shine upon thy ways.” This scripture is a powerful attestment to the power of spoken words, When we decree and declare according to God’s Word, we are operating in our dominion authority and activating our power in the spiritual. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Place it all at the feet of Jesus, Who has been placed above ALL things. For God “has put everything under Jesus feet.” Now when it says that “everything” has been put under Him, it is clear that this does not include God Himself, Who put everything under Christ.
