Fear of God is a fear or a specific sense of respect, awe, and submission to a deity – The Creator of ALL. People subscribing to popular monotheistic religions might fear divine judgment, hell or God’s Omnipotence.
Some days, it seems the impossible just keeps mounting up. For some, it can even seem as though all hope is lost. The strength that God provides is unfathomable, much greater than any hopelessness anyone has ever experienced. God does not want us to fear anything but His Essence. Even when we don’t know the solution to our most pressing problems. God will be there (The Presence of God is everywhere) with His mighty hand if and when we remain in Him.
And we pray:
Oh Heavenly Lord and savior, I praise Your holy name. You are there for me when I need You most and always. You hold my hand through the hard times and You wrap me under Your wing when I am cold. I know that there is nothing You cannot do, and I will not fear. I will be without worry as long as You are my God, Amen.
