Earth is a dot on the map of creation!
Something caused ALL to be! We on 🌎 revolve around a star 🌟 – the Sun! So, here on Earth wealth is relative; all we see is very temporary! Does it go with you? Where you may ask… to where all go. So, what is death? When the heart no longer beats, the lungs no longer breathe, and the brain no longer sends its animating signals throughout the body, then a person is pronounced “dead.” But the Bible speaks about death in another way. The soul of the dead person enters into a sleeping state that continues until the Last Judgment, which will occur after the general resurrection. At the Last Judgment the resurrected will be assigned either to eternal life or eternal damnation.
When the believer dies, the body goes into the grave – dust to dust; the soul and spirit go immediately to be with The Lord Jesus awaiting the body’s resurrection, when they’re joined together to be forever with The Lord in eternal bliss.
When we reach a point of contentment, we are not moved by what another person does or does not have. Contentment prevents us from defining ourselves according to the world’s values. We become content through God, in whom we know we have everything we need. Eternal life, being the most important of it all.
And we pray:
Dear God, I thank You that I can be totally content in You. You have filled all the gaps and voids in my life. I know that I will never find contentment in this world; only in You and You alone. I pray that more and more of Your children will come to realize this too, Lord. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
