This question is one that has rung true throughout time. Some people seem to have everything: money, fame, health, love. Without the love of God, what does it mean? Without a faith in God, they will not be granted life eternal. Those things will perish, God’s love will not. Which do you want?

Insightful God, inspire me to always understand the most valuable things in life. Lead me away from the temptations of the fleeting and perishable things, for these do not grant true satisfaction. The only satisfaction that I crave, Abba Father, is the satisfaction I shall get from Loving You. I pray this in honor of my gratitude to You. Amen.
