A hundred years from now, we’re all going to be gone. Don’t live another day defeated, discouraged. Get your joy back. I’ve heard it said, “It’s not that life is so short, it’s that we wait so long to begin.” We’re waiting for this challenge to be over, waiting to raise the kids, waiting to get that promotion, waiting for retirement. My prayer is, “God, open our eyes, help us to see the uncommon in everyday life, to appreciate the people You’ve given us, to value the simple things.”
