Christ calls us to unity. We are called to the same body, and we are all equipped by the same Spirit. And we are all secured by the same hope. How each of us carries out our role depends on our particular gifts and our present circumstance. When we seek the same Spirit and align ourselves only to Christ, we maintain unity and peace.
And we pray:
Father God, thank You for calling me to Your Kingdom and equipping me by Your Spirit. Thank You for the salvation that comes only through Jesus. Please help me to become more like Jesus and to seek the power of Your Spirit so that I may walk in step with You and in the unity of peace with my brothers and sisters. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
