I mean, take the time to call on your Maker? Your Source. Your REASON. We could have been born at some other time, to other ‘parents’, somewhere else… You have a cause, a reason.
God has already lined up the people you need for the new thing. Stay open. It may not happen the way you’re expecting, but can I encourage you: God’s way will be better, bigger, more rewarding, more fulfilling. Don’t limit what you’ve seen in the past to what God is going to do in your future. God never does His greatest feats in your yesterdays; they are always in your tomorrows.

“He leads me beside still waters. He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for His name’s sake.” Psalm 23:2-3
God is our Good Shepherd and He is The One Who leads us beside the still waters and restores (revives or makes alive) our soul and then He leads us in the right path; the path of righteousness which is found in Christ alone (Acts 4:12). Want to find the path to eternal life? Trust in Christ. Follow your own way and it leads to destruction (Rev 20:12-15).
“In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make straight your paths.” Proverbs 3:6
If we acknowledge God in all of our ways He will make sure to straighten the crooked paths of life and there are plenty of paths out there that are crooked. Only God can make straight the crooked as Isaiah wrote “I will go before you and level the exalted places, I will break in pieces the doors of bronze and cut through the bars of iron” (45:2).
“All the paths of the Lord are steadfast Love and faithfulness, for those who keep His covenant and His testimonies.” Psalm 25:10
My paths are hazardous when I decide to choose my own ways but “All the paths of The Lord are steadfast Love and faithfulness” but this is only for “those who keep His covenant and His testimonies.”

Father LORD, You are my cause, my reason, my destination. I wish/want nothing else than to forever be in Your Presence, Amen. Direct me, LORD. Renew me, Father. Fill me with Your Spirit. Send forth Your Essence before, around and surround me. Father, in Your path I desire to walk. Lessen me, fill me with Your Spirit that I will overflow, and whet those around me. I seek Your face and will in Jesus, my Saviors name, Amen.
