“Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on Earth will be bound in Heaven, and whatever you loose on Earth will be loosed in Heaven. Again, truly I tell you, if two of you agree on Earth about anything you ask, it will be done for you by My Father in Heaven. For where two or three are gathered in My name, I am there among them” (Matthew 18:18-20).
Job 22:28 states, “Thou shalt also decree a thing and it shall be established unto thee and the light shall shine upon thy ways.”
To decree a thing is to speak it in faith. A decree is not only spoken, but also written. It is important to decree God’s Word, because you are commanded to in scripture to. (Mark 11:22-25) God requires obedience in what you say.
