The woman with the issue of blood said, ‘if I may but touch the hem of His garment I will be made whole’.
Nobody said this to her. She said this to herself. This was her self talk. And she did what she said and got what she said.
We often put so much credence to what others say to and about us, and little attention to what we say to ourselves – our self talk.
If we were privy to some people’s self talk we would be shocked at the toxicity going on in there.
