The huMan body is amazing. We are alike, yet so different. There is great diversity in our hair, skin and eye color across the world. We differ in what we like to eat, smell, or feel. The huMan body is so intricate regarding the way it reacts to heat, cold or other elements. God Created a perfect body, but we live in imperfect conditions. We are exposed to dangerous elements that can cause great harm. We must treat our bodies as a temple, taking great effort to care for ourselves physically and spiritually.
And we pray:
Dear Lord, please help us see that our body is a temple. You have Created within us unique spiritual and physical qualities that require our attention. We will improve our choices to protect the body You have Created for us. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
