We shared: “As it is written: “There is none righteous, no, not one; There is none who understands; There is none who seeks after God. They have all turned aside; They have together become unprofitable; There is none who does good, no, not one.” Romans 3:10-12
As Christians, we are sometimes too dismissive of those that most need the message that we carry. Just as Jesus reached out to the prostitutes and tax collectors, we must remember that Jesus calls us to share His grace with the sinners and the reviled of our society. We were once spiritually sick, and have been healed by The Master Physician. So let us share that healing with others, too.
And we pray:
Father, sometimes I forget that I am only righteous because You have made me righteous. Help me to remember that it was You Who healed me and that I could not do this myself. As I encounter others who need the healing found only in Your grace, give me a heart to share that grace, so that they, too may know Your Love and forgiveness and be healed. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
