We watch the CNN news report. Yes! There is a war in Ukraine currently. We pray for resolution of the war. Amazing that it all seems to fall apart… News…
And we pray:
O Almighty God, The Father of all huManity, turn, we pray, the hearts of all peoples and their rulers, that by the power of Your Holy Spirit peace may be established among the nations on the foundation of justice, righteousness and truth; through Jesus Who was lifted up on the cross to draw all people to Himself, our Lord. Amen.
Father, we pray that the mighty would be put down and the humble exalted: visit Your people everywhere; deliver them from fear, violence, attack, injury, destruction, death; and give them courage, solidarity and allies in their hour of vulnerability and sorrow. Turn the hearts of those bent on war and invasion.
