Set your minds on Home for always in ALL your ways, Amen.

Focus is something that we all could use more of in our daily lives. Whether it is keeping our mind fixed on what we are working on and zoning into the details that we need to tend to, focusing on our children or grandchildren who are present to show them how much we care or focusing on the sermon in church on Sunday.

The enemy loves to get us distracted, not only in small areas like the ones mentioned but also in a larger way. He wants us to be thinking with temporary mindsets However, in Colossians 3:2, God calls us to put our thoughts towards things above, not worldly things. Today as we pray and ask The Lord for focus, may we each have a renewed sense of what is eternally significant and purposeful. May we not miss the opportunities to see each day as a mission field for eternity. May we focus on the mission at hand with confidence.

And we speak with our Creator:

Lord Over my spirit/mind/everything,
I need You to help me today. Give me clarity and strength to think on things of You and not of my flesh. There are so many things competing for my attention. Help me to remember that the tasks and situations at hand are temporary. Remind my soul of what is spiritually significant. Reveal Your will and Your purposes to me and help me to live them out by Your Spirit.

God You say in Philippians 4:8, “Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.” Please enable my mind to think on the things of You. Give me thoughts that are honorable and focused on Your Love. When I am tempted to stray, redirect my thought patterns to bring glory to You.

1 Peter 5:8 says, “Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour.” God, I know that one of the enemy’s favorite places of attack is on the mind of a believer. He cannot take our souls, so he loves to get into our heads with lies. Give me the armor of You to protect me from his schemes. Guard my mind and help me to take every thought captive to You. Help me to not live in a scattered way but on the solid Rock that is You. Be my steady and remind me of Your Scriptures. When I am tempted to stray in my thinking, renew my mind with the truth of Your Word.

Jesus, as I desire to serve You and focus on Your purposes, give me a sense of Your Presence. Allow me to fix my eyes on You. I am not strong enough to run this race, but in Your power I can keep my focus on the finish line of faith. You say in Philippians 3:14, “I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” When I am tempted by laziness, apathy, or selfishness, remind me of the importance of the mission at hand to sharing the gospel with the world. Help me to press on by the strength of Your Spirit to accomplish all that I need to in Your name.

Remind me how You are working in and through me, even in the simplicity of the everyday encounters. Moments that seem insignificant, You use them for Your glory. Times when I feel like it is hard to stay on mission, redirect me with Your Word and through Your Spirit to stay the course.

Thank You for Your great gift of focus. Guide me to have Your mindset each and every day. When I am attacked with distractions and scattered in thought, still my soul and slow my mind from wandering. Give me the determination and the discipline that I need to accomplish Your will. In Your powerful name, I pray Jesus, Amen.

Isaiah 58:8 says:
“Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward.”

your God is, The “All Sufficient God”, whatever you are asking from God in His will, He shall answer you speedily.

The Lord will crown you with His goodness, He will honor you and cause people to favour you in all your ways, Amen.
God will order your steps in His righteousness and make you victorious in all your undertakings.

The ALL-Mighty God will pay attention to your situation today and give you all your heart desire in Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.

You have been trapped by what you said, ensnared by the words of your mouth. Proverbs 6:2

A righteous person is concerned with speaking words that give life and encourage the hearer. They who are wicked are only concerned with inciting violence and hurting anyone in their way. As Christian, you need to make sure that the words that leave your mouth are edifying, inspiring, and uplifting.

And we pray:

Dear God, I pray that I be mindful of every word that leaves my mouth. May I never find myself speaking hateful or hurtful words toward anyone. I want my words to uplift everyone I come into contact with. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Our story has been written.

If/when we find ourselves in situations where decisions are required, a rapid commission into The Love of God is awesome! Actually beyond awesome.

God is good and that will never change. It is Who He is!!! Hallelujah! Time and time again we are reminded in the Bible, God’s Word, that God’s mercy is everlasting. Mercy appears in the Bible as it relates to forgiveness or withholding punishment. For example, God the Father showed mercy on us when he sacrificed his son, Christ Jesus, on the Cross to pay the price for our sins. It will never expire. It will never forsake us. God’s mercy is there for us every single day. It is because of God’s mercy, we have the confidence in Him that we have. God’s Word will always reign supreme for eternity.

And we pray:

Dear God, in this world there are so many people, organizations and corporations the enemy is trying to use to speak against You and Who You are. But I know the truth and I know that no other word, apart from Yours, will last for ages to come. As much as the enemy will try, he will never be able to successfully breed doubt about Who You are, in the minds of every Man. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Amen. LORD, guide me.

Weeping may last for a night, but joy comes in the morning. (Psalm 30:5) God’s children may have sorrow and tribulation in this world for what, in the light of eternity, will be but a brief moment, but they will find everlasting joy. Heaven will be a place without tears.

And we pray:

O Comforter of our souls, You are He Who will wipe away all tears from our eyes. We may weep here for lost loved ones, but we will meet them again if they died in Christ. We may weep now for pain and misery that come upon us, but it will all pass away. We may feel sorrow for a host of things on Earth, but in Heaven, we will find only joy. O prepare us for that place and let our eternal hope make present troubles easier to bear. Amen.

When Paul brought the offering from the churches to the church in Jerusalem, it was as a sweet smelling savor to the Lord above. And it was the cause of great thanksgiving to God by those who gave and those who received. And many who only heard of what happened would also give thanks to God and glorify his name for this.

And we pray:

Let us not, Lord, take giving to Your ministry and to Your people in need lightly. Let us not think it mundane and of merely carnal value. We know that giving is an opportunity to grow in grace, to show others Your Love, and to see great thanksgiving arise to You out of truly thankful hearts. Amen.

Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God Luke 8:11 having been born again, not of corruptible seed but incorruptible, through the word of God which lives and abides forever 1Peter 1:23

And we can stand on this!

So, shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth, it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it. Isaiah 55:11 

Those who sow in tears shall reap in joy. he who continually goes forth weeping, bearing seed for sowing, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him. Psalm 126:5-6

Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a Man sows, that they will also reap. For they who sow to their flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but they who sows to The Spirit will of The Spirit reap everlasting life, Amen. And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Galatians 6:7-9
