Fear?

What’s the thing you’re most scared to do? Fail. What would it take to get you to do it? Pray!

Philippians 4:6-7 (NKJV)

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”

Read these Bible verses to remember that the Lord is with you even in the most stressful times. And it’s okay if you don’t consider yourself a person of faith. Just think of these verses like reminders from a friend when you’re dealing with anxiety. Because you are worthy of healing and peace. (And if you’d like more clarity around what could be contributing to your feelings of stress and anxiety, my friend Dr. John Delony’s free anxiety test can help.)
