Prayer Mandates – Isaiah 34:1, 16

Isaiah 34:1 calls for the nations to draw near and listen, while Isaiah 34:16 states that not one of the prophecies about Edom’s destruction will be lacking. This signifies God’s faithfulness in carrying out his pronouncements and the consequences of Edom’s wickedness.

Isaiah 34:1:

  • “Come near, nations, and listen; be attentive, you peoples! “
  • This verse is an invitation for the nations to gather and pay close attention to the words that are about to be spoken.

Isaiah 34:16:

  • “Search through the book of the LORD and read: not one of these shall be lacking, “
  • This verse highlights that the prophecies regarding Edom’s destruction will be fulfilled in every detail.

In essence, these verses contrast the impending judgment on Edom with God’s unwavering commitment to his word, emphasizing the consequences of sin and the certainty of God’s promises.

“Come near, you nations, to hear; And heed, you people! Let the earth hear, and all that is in it, the world and all things that come forth from it… Search from the Book of the Lord, and read: Not one of these shall fail; Not one shall lack her mate. For My mouth has commanded it, and His Spirit has gathered them.”

Prayer: Blessed be the great Name of our Lord God—ADONAI, my Father, the Ancient of Days, whose Kingdom is from everlasting to everlasting.

As I rise this morning, I lift up the Name of the Lord, and I speak to the four corners of the earth: let blessing and favor locate my family. Let the borders of my household be secured by the precious Blood of Jesus Christ, and I raise an altar of praise and glory in my lineage forever.

By this prayer mandate, I declare: Every satanic voice and force rising against my family is silenced and shattered. All powers of violence, destruction, and unrest in our land are restrained and overthrown. Every force of indignation, distress, and disorder is cast out of our lives and domains.

And I step into this new working week with an unshakable force of faith and divine optimism—that:

All shall be well with my household.
All good things we have gathered shall never be scattered.
Joy and jubilation shall fill our hearts and homes.
A new and beautiful future is being created for us, by the hand of the Lord. In the mighty Name of Jesus Christ, Amen.☮️💕😎😍.
