“Fear not, for I have redeemed you;
I have called you by name, you are mine.
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned,and the flame shall not consume you.” Isaiah 43:1–2
These Bible verses from Isaiah are deeply reassuring. God speaks personally and powerfully to His people, declaring ownership, redemption, and unshakable presence in times of trial. He doesn’t promise that we won’t face deep waters or fiery trials—but He does promise we won’t face them alone. The God who created us knows us by name and walks with us through every storm, every flood, every flame. His presence is not dependent on our perfection, but on His covenant of love. The waters may rise, but they will not wash us away. The fire may burn around us, but it will not consume us. This is God’s steadfast promise.
When you’re in the middle of difficulty, remind yourself: You are God’s. He knows your name, and He’s walking with you. Declare His Word over your fear—He will protect, guide, and carry you through.
God bless you abundantly.
