A testimony… His young son spoke in faith. God has and will NEVER change!

It was placed on my heart that someone needed to hear this….

Let’s pray:

Father LORD, El Shaddai. Jehovah-Jireh, Hallelujah. We approach Your Throne of grace in gratitude. When we awoke this morning, You knew exactly what would be done in the lives of those who will read/listen to this. You are everything we need…

“If God is all you have, you have all you need,” is a paraphrase of John 14:8, where the disciple Philip asks Jesus to show them the Father. While this specific wording is not an exact quote from the Bible, it is a common interpretation of the sentiment that seeking God fulfills every essential need. Related verses include Philippians 4:19, which states, “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus,” and Psalm 16:5, which says, “You, LORD, are all I have, and you give me all I need”.

  • John 14:8: “Philip said to him, ‘Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us'”. The phrase, “If God is all you have, you have all you need,” is a summary of this verse’s meaning.
  • Philippians 4:19: “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus”.
  • Psalm 16:5: “You, LORD, are all I have, and you give me all I need” (GNBUK version).
  • Matthew 6:33: “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well”.

Words of praise to God Almighty often focus on His power, creation, love, and faithfulness. Examples include acknowledging Him as the Creator of Heaven and Earth, thanking Him for His blessings, and recognizing His attributes like mercy, justice, and love. You can praise His might, His guidance, and His enduring love, and can use phrases like “I praise You for being my Rock and Savior” or “You are holy and deserving of all honor,” notes Crosswalk.com.
