- Attributes of Righteousness: Characteristics include walking with integrity, speaking truth, being generous, avoiding slander, and loving enemies.
- Biblical Foundation: It is the opposite of sin, acting as a covering of moral perfection (often cited as the “righteousness of God”) that allows individuals to stand before God.
Essentially, it is a combination of being in a right relationship with God through faith and displaying that relationship through right actions.
