Torn up? Remorseful?Depressed? Shaken? Your tears in a way ARE blessings! A way to speak to our Lord!

There are times when things are so ‘topsy-turvy’, what then should we do. We find ourselves ‘lamenting’-
la·ment: (ləˈment/) verb.  Present participle: lamenting-To mourn (a person’s loss or death). “He was lamenting the death of his infant daughter” “Lamenting the loss of valuables.”
Synonyms: mourn, grieve, sorrow, wail, weep, cry, sob, keen, beat one’s breast
As in “the mourners lamented”
1) Express one’s deep grief about loss or failure to reach goals.
2) To express regret or disappointment over something considered unsatisfactory, unreasonable, or unfair.
“she lamented the loss of her well paying job”
Synonyms: bemoan, bewail, complain about, deplore, rue.
Y’all, this I had to do because ‘lament’ is not a word commonly used any longer. But, how does it apply to us?
From the description, you definitely get the idea. So what do we lament over? Is there joy lost, is their loss in your life, an inability to reach a ‘height’?
People, conditions, jobs, home…the list is endless; but the solution is ever so simple. Cry unto the Lord.
No one ever said, ‘what we search for cannot be found,’ ‘what we aim for cannot be reached’, ‘what we desire cannot be attained’.
Make those tears count! Our tears ARE prayers! God knows ALL! He is your Creator!
“When I cry unto Thee, then shall mine enemies turn back: this I know; for God is for me.” And IF God is for, with and represents me, who, what, or can/will be against me.” — Psalm 56:9
What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
Have a blessed day.
