Unwarranted Favor

We all received . . . undeserved kindness upon undeserved kindness.—John 1:16.

A wine grower went to the marketplace early one morning to hire men to work in his vineyard. The men he found agreed to the wage he offered and went to work. The owner needed more workers, however, and returned to the marketplace throughout the day to hire more and more men, offering a fair wage even to those whom he hired at the end of the afternoon. When evening came, he gathered the workers together to give them their wages, and he gave the same amount to each of them, whether they had labored many hours or just one. When those first hired realized this, they complained. The winegrower replied: ‘Did you not agree to the wage I offered? Do I not have the right to give all my workers whatever I want? Are you envious because I am generous?’ Matthew 20:1-15

Jesus’ parable reminds us of one of God’s qualities that is often mentioned in the Word—His “undeserved kindness.” As He does, He does. He created the Universe out of Nothing. Life where there was no life. We live because He wills it. As we focus on Him, a hedge is built around us and even in this present time, we prosper in the Spirit.

”Do we fear God with praise and submission, bowing our will to His purpose. We are created for His pleasure, have you found your function in Him?”

In the sharing of Job, we read, in response to the success of Job, Satan said: “Have you not put a hedge around him and his household and everything he has? You have blessed the work of his hands, so that his flocks and herds are spread throughout the land.

We have been blessed. Realize it and possess it. We have pointed out that we were created to do His will. Each one of us, as we believe and hand over our existence to Him, we receive so much. Each of us has a “Guardian Angel” and have our names written on the palm of Gods hand, Amen

https://www.desiringgod.org/articles/the-surprising-role-of-guardian-angels

The Bible does tell us that for the believer nothing happens outside God’s control–and yes, if we know Christ, His angels continually watch over us. The Bible says that God “will command His angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways” Psalm 91:11, Amen (and so it IS.) It also teaches that the angels–although they are largely unseen–watch over us and work for our good. The Bible says, “Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?” Hebrews 1:14

As God’s co-workers we urge you not to receive God’s grace in vain. For He says,
“In the time of My favor I heard you,
and in the day of salvation I helped you.”
I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor, now is the day of salvation.  There by God’s awesome grace is placed no stumbling block in anyone’s path, so that our ministry will not be discredited, and so it is in Christ Jesus.

In all gifts and abilities, we shall grow from strength to strength. As servants of God we live to His Glory in every way: in great endurance; in troubles, hardships and distresses; in hard work, sleepless nights and hunger. By God’s grace we exist in purity, understanding, patience and kindness; in the Holy Spirit and in sincere Love; for we are blessed with the fruit of the Spirit.  Amen

We live in truthful speech and in the power of God; with weapons not of this world but in the Spirit, for we strive not against flesh and blood, but Spritual opponents in high places. Our weapon is of righteousness in the right hand and in The Word on the left. Fight the good fight in faith, Amen

We are maintained by God’s awesome grace through glory and dishonor, bad report and good report; genuine, yet regarded as impostors; known, yet regarded as unknown; dying, and yet we live on; beaten, and yet not killed; sorrowful, yet always rejoicing; poor, yet making many rich; having nothing, and yet possessing everything, Amen
—2 Corinthians 6:1-10

Abraham and Moses, Men of God

We learn of Abraham- the father of many nations:

“No longer will you be called Abramb ; your name will be Abraham, for I have made you a father of many nations. I will make you very fruitful; I will make nations of you, and kings will come from you. I will establish my covenant as an everlasting covenant between me and you and your descendants after you for the generations to come, to be your God and the God of your descendants after you. The whole land of Canaan, where you now reside as a foreigner, I will give as an everlasting possession to you and your descendants after you; and I will be their God.”

Then God said to Abraham, “As for you, you must keep my covenant, you and your descendants after you for the generations to come. This is my covenant with you and your descendants after you, the covenant you are to keep: Every male among you shall be circumcised. You are to undergo circumcision, and it will be the sign of the covenant between me and you.”

Genesis 17:5-11

In Genesis 12, the LORD spoke to Abram (as he was called then):

“Leave your country, your people and your father’s household and go to the land I will show you. I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” Genesis 12:1-3

1. Abraham was an old man when God called him to set out on this journey.

He was 75 when God called him to leave his home, 86 when his first son Ishmael was born through Hagar, 99 when he was circumcised, and 100 when his son Isaac was born through his wife Sarah. Genesis 12-21

Have you ever been in a position where you felt that God wanted you to do something outside of your comfort zone? Yet, we learn that despite any doubts or questions Abram may have had in the beginning, he obeyed the LORD and left with his family.

To summarize, ‘age’ means not a thing To God who created time. Being descendants of Adam and Eve, time matters. Before Man emwas created, there was stirring in the Spiritual realm..

In my research and studies, I at first aimed to show Satan falling from Grace. I was led in a different direction. Yes, he is allowed to tempt, he has a leash. We see this in Job, Yes! He met with GOD and other angels and was asked where he had been:

“One day the angels came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came with them. The Lord said to Satan, “Where have you come from?”

Satan answered the Lord, “From roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth on it.”

Job 1:6,7

Why is Satan allowed? We see what was done in the time of Adam and Eve. For the most part, Satan had free rein at that point. By Job, we see that The LORD used him to prove Job. So much can be said,so many times I am reminded of the season of Job.

Satan is kept on a leash and is allowed to test, temp and try us all, on a leash. Imagine if you had a bulldog, why? To dissuade intruders. In truly ‘unsafe’ neighborhoods, a more fierce dog would be necessary to dissuade. Now, what does God do? If He spoke, Satan would be no more. Why is he still here? To The GLORY of The King, The LORD of hosts! Why do you think we have the story of Job? Many things may have been added over time, but the lesson remains the same. We go through so much. When we turn 100% to GOD and hand over 100% Mind you, I did not my say 99.9% try it, 100% hand over.

Without God, you are nothing! It takes me a while to explain this. If you were not created, you would not be here. There would be no you.

This is where being of the Medical persuasion kicks in. Sperm an Ova, development, birth, survival. For a second imagine where things could have gone wrong or do go wrong. What do we have then? Regrets? Funny thing is I have met many parents with disabled kids. For the most part it makes them stronger, different.

A Fall From Grace

Today’s post will focus on Satan’s fall from Grace.  Many of us know that before his fall from grace, Satan’s name was Lucifer, the archangel.  Lucifer was considered one of the most, if not the most beautiful of God’s angels.  Lucifer was God’s praise and worship leader, but vanity and a desire to be worshipped, rather than to worship God, marked the beginning of the end of his time in Heaven.  As Lucifer attempted a coup in Heaven, he gathered one-third of the angels to rebel against God.  The archangel Michael led the fight against Lucifer and his rebels and the end result was God kicking him, now known as Satan and all those that joined him out of Heaven banishing them to earth where his cohorts are known as demons.

We know that Satan and his demons hate us and are always busy looking to turn us from Our Father’s face and to worship Satan.   You see, God allows Satan to tempt us, however, God has Satan on a leash. We see this clearly in the story of Job.  Here Satan met with GOD and other angels and was asked where he had been (or what he had been up to on earth, but be clear God already knew):

“One day the angels came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came with them. The Lord said to Satan, “Where have you come from?”

Satan answered the Lord, “From roaming throughout the earth, going back and forth on it.”

Job 1:6,7

Why is Satan allowed to come after us?

We see what was done in the time of Adam and Eve. For the most part, Satan had free rein at that point. So when Satan told God he had been ‘checking in’ on Job, Satan declared to God that Job only worshipped God because God had blessed him with so much.  However, God knew better and so He allowed Satan to test Job’s faith to God.  In reality, we see that The LORD used Satan to prove Job.

So much can be said; so many times I am reminded of the season of Job.

Again I remind you that God keeps Satan on a leash, but Satan is allowed to test, tempt and try us all, on while attached to his leash.  Imagine if you had a bulldog to dissuade intruders. In truly ‘unsafe’ neighborhoods, a fiercer dog would be necessary to dissuade potential robbers and thieves.  Now, what does God do? If He spoke, Satan would be no more. Why is he still here?   For The GLORY of The King, The LORD of hosts! Why do you think we have the story of Job? Many things may have been added over time, but the lesson remains the same. We go through so much. When we turn 100% to GOD and hand over 100% of our problems to Him, mind you I did not my say 99.9%, but 100% or all of it must be laid at the Cross.

Without God, you are nothing! It takes me a while to explain this. If you were not created, you would not be here. There would be no you.

This is where being of the medical persuasion kicks in. Sperm + egg leads to an Ova.  Fetal development, birth, survival. For a second imagine where things could have gone wrong anywhere along that process, or do go wrong. What do we have then? Regrets? Funny thing is I have met many parents with disabled kids. For the most part it makes them stronger, different.

Me for example, my disability has taught me so much about my parents and unconditional love.   Following my motor vehicle accident I learned just what true love means.  It’s definition we find in 1 Corinthians 13 and I realize how appropriate this passage of scripture truly is, especially in my life. Love is patient; love is kind, love does not insist on its own way.  All of this my parents showed me and so much more.  They taught me the true meaning of love, its definition of which I was not clear on prior to my accident.

I now realize that I was supposed to go through this experience, yes it sounds crazy, but I would not be who I am today if I had not!

To say I ‘thank God’ for my accident would be an understatement because I have come to learn that I was spiritually dead in Him.  Now I was saved, but I was not ‘alive’ in the spirit.  Having gone through it all I have gained much more in my relationship with Him. I have ‘glimpsed’ Heaven and been blessed with not only a second chance at life to bear witness, but empowered with an anointing on my life that fuels and drives me daily.  In my prior life I lived in and for this temporary existence, with not thought about eternity on a daily basis.  Now, having been ‘renewed’ in my spirit and ‘reborn’ after being pronounced ‘clinically dead,’ I am bound to serve Him, to spread His word and to continually have praises to Him on my mouth as I let His light so shine in me.

Brothers and sisters in Christ, I like you still face attacks by the devil; they won’t stop until Christ comes back for His church.  However, like Job, my faith endures despite these attacks a I know, through God, my change is coming if I continue to worship, commune, serve and pray to Him, He will deliver us out of the hands of Satan and restore us 100x to what we may have lost for our faithfulness in the midst of our storm.

Your time to start being used!

In The Word we are struck by people’s calls to service. We can start by realizing that God has called each of us into His service and submit to that calling and His will for our lives.

“It is God Himself who has made us what we are and given us new lives from Christ Jesus; and long ages ago He planned that we should spend these lives in helping others.” Ephesians 2:10

http://pastorrick.com/devotional/english/god-calls-you-to-serve-others

Again, let us get busy and study The Word: https://www.biblestudytools.com/topical-verses/serving-bible-verses/

Foreknow: The Greek word is proginosko, and means “to have knowledge beforehand; to foreknow.” It is used five times in the New Testament:

Acts 26:5 (“knew me from the beginning”)
Romans 8:29 (“foreknow”)
Romans 11:2 (“foreknew”)
1 Peter 1:20 (“foreordained”)
2 Peter 3:17 (“know these things before”)

Predestinate: The Greek word is proorizo, and means “to decide beforehand; foreordain; appoint beforehand.”

It is used six times in the New Testament:

Acts 4:28 (“determined before to be done”)
Romans 8:29 and 30 (“predestinate”)
1 Corinthians 2:7 (“ordained before the world”)
Ephesians 1:5 and 11 (“predestinated”)

Conformed: The Greek word is summorphos and means, “having the same form as another, similar, conformed to.” It is used twice in the New Testament:

Romans 8:29: (“conformed to”)
Philippians 3:21 (“fashioned like unto”)

So Romans 8:29-30 tells us that there is a group of people whom God knew in times past. He decided in times past that this group of people would be conformed to the image of His Son. God called the group of people who were conformed to the image of His Son. Those called by God were also justified and glorified by Him. http://noeo.net/call.htm

We were known before we were created. I know it sounds somewhat difficult to follow, but Love created us and has allowed us to be for Love’s reasons.

Again, I refer back to God is Love: “Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through Him. His is love: not that we loved God, but that He Loved us and sent His Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.” 1 John 4:8-10

We as humans stepped awry of The Word of God. It just came to my Spirit, yes Satan tempted through the serpent. God “allowed” this, in the belief that Man would do as instructed. Mind you, of every fruit of the garden they could eat, but one! This has never ceased to blow my mind. The Tree of Life was in the same garden. Eat of every tree they did to completion. We are told of rivers of Life:

“He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’ But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.” John 7:38-39

“But whoever drinks of the water that I will give him shall never thirst; but the water that I will give him will become in him a well of water springing up to eternal life.” John 4:14

“The words of a man’s mouth are deep waters; The fountain of wisdom is a bubbling brook.” Proverbs 18:4

“He will drink from the brook by the wayside; Therefore He will lift up His head.” Psalm 110:7

“Therefore you will joyously draw water from the springs of salvation.” Isaiah 12:3

“Then the LORD God said, ‘Behold, the man has become like one of Us, knowing good and evil; and now, he might stretch out his hand, and take also from the tree of life, and eat, and live forever’ — therefore the LORD God sent him out from the garden of Eden, to cultivate the ground from which he was taken. So He drove the man out; and at the east of the garden of Eden He stationed the cherubim and the flaming sword which turned every direction to guard the way to the tree of life.” Genesis 3:22-24

“Then he showed me a river of the water of life, clear as crystal, coming from the throne of God and of the Lamb, in the middle of its street. On either side of the river was the tree of life, bearing twelve kinds of fruit, yielding its fruit every month; and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.” Revelation 22:1-2

Verse Concepts
“Blessed are those who wash their robes, so that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter by the gates into the city.” Revelation 22:14

“It will come about that every living creature which swarms in every place where the river goes, will live. And there will be very many fish, for these waters go there and the others become fresh; so everything will live where the river goes.” Ezekiel 47:9

“Jesus answered and said to her, ‘Everyone who drinks of this water will thirst again.” John 4:13

“He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’ But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.” John 7:38,39

We run amok with Scripture on our part. What we have within, what we are journeying toward, Amen

Our creation was foreknown, our function predestined. When we were created we were created with a purpose. In my earlier times of sharing, I admit that I did not fully understand this in the least. I am beginning to perceive with my full Spirit what I was sent for, Amen.

Funny enough, in my dream I had said I would ‘share’ what I experienced. Frankly, in Love, it is best for you to consider it. Do not take my word for truth. Examine your life. What makes you truly happy? A lot of people might go awry with this question.

I am aware that for some it is not a mother’s or father’s love, but getting away from them. Ok, stop, why were you happy to get away? Your chance to live as you feel is right, correct? For people with loving parents, a supportive family setting, the joy is the ability to set up your own family. All of a sudden we delve into the things that make you happy.

Let us take it a step further, okay! If ‘Something’ could make you speechlessly happy or continue to floor you every step of the way, then what?

Amazingly, there may be a “Job season .” I am aware that I have used that term a fair bit. Our teaching is in this Universe’s best ‘Textbook’, Story-Book, His-Story lesson, aka The Bible. We can go on and define it. It simply is as it is.

Even if we believe that some parts are mis-typed, some stories mistold, it stands as the greatest His-story text. Three major Religions attribute their His-story to segmentation of The Bible. In essence, all the religions of the word look to a central being. We may call Him by different names, but respectfully, they all refer to the same root.

In catching a somewhat short glimpse of what lies beyond, I was mesmerized by what I experienced. Some of the things I saw, I will share, others belie the imagination.

8:13 AM

In an amazing follow through this was shared: “God-blessed day filled with peace and sprinkled with His Love (and mine too)”

As a quick follow up: Hmm! Soaked would have been awesome, so we get drenched (poured out on) and spill off on to others, especially those in the vicinity/close quarters🤗

Before you know it, you will of course start off believing/faithing it, you will be called to “Sprinkle” God’s blessings, Amen

The LORD is your strength! For The Word says: “The LORD is their strength, and He is the saving strength of His anointed.”
Psalm 28:8

Is there an anointing on your life? Have you been called to serve?  Not everyone is anointed, but we are all as members of Christ’s Body, called to serve!

Don’t miss your daily opportunities to witness or evangelize, by doing so you are “Sprinkling” His Agape Love on both the believer and unbeliever.  Remember our mission is to spread The Good News always. 🤗😁

God-blessed period, Amen

We are used to saying “good morning.” Hmmm! Wishing someone a “jolly”-morn”jolly”-morning? How about the rest of the day? We all assume ‘starts well, ends well.’ Yup! This is a fact, but being, praying for and knowing that all things work together for the good of those who Love God and are called according to His purpose all of a sudden have direction. A way to go. Is it just a way, or THE way? Something to dwell on.

Great blessings! (joy, satisfaction, completion in and around you) in all your ways, always  IJN, Amen

Bless-im’s! Say what? We all like to instant message. Look to share and be blessed, Amen

Successful people have two things on their lips, “smiles and silence”.

Smiles can solve a problem, Silence can avoid problems.

Sugar and salt may be mixed together, but ants reject the salt and carry away only the sugar.

Select the right people in life and make your life better and sweeter. If you fail to achieve your dreams, change your ways, not your God. Remember, trees change their leaves and not their roots. You will never reach your destination if you stop and throw stones at every dog that barks. Haters will see you walking on water and say its because you can’t swim. Even if you dance on water, your enemies will accuse you of raising dust. Make it your ambition to live a quiet life, to mind your own business and to work with your own hands. Remember, don’t ever wrestle with a pig. You’ll both get dirty, but the pig will enjoy it. — Be Inspired and have a great day .

God’s Spirit is within you.  Are you not “Spirit-filled”? After Jesus rose having taken our place, He said God would send The Spirit. As such, we can walk from door-to-door depositing success and good health in faith, which is exactly what Jesus did do! Do we not strive to be as He in all our ways/always?  Have you shared a smile today? A “God bless you” even a “God bless me”?  We have been bountifully given, use it!  Amen

I was touched to share this. As you receive The LORD’s light and grace, share it. Amen
