“The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen”
Philippians 4:23
Breakfast? Morning meal? Hmm, breaking the fast… hmm! What is a Fast? When I say this some might be wondering “Should I not have the cup of water (or bottle) by my bed?” No one told yo, you need to “Fast”. So the first recorded fast in His-story was of Moses: We first learn about fasting in the Bibleduring the time of Moses, in about 1500 BC. When Moses met with God and received the Ten Commandments from Jehovah, he was in the presence of God forty days and ate no food. … God sustained him.
This brings us to Jesus’ 40 day and night’s fasting. Kinda brings many things into focus. Yes, The LORD fed his spirit. We actually see that this is,the “human” extent of nutritional deficiency. Buy every individual came out with Spiritual health that was “off the table!”

Fasting prepares you for the works God has ordained for you to do.

We can go on and on. But let us be led, so that we are in the ‘right. There are so many examples. We started at break-fast, Let us use this time to pray and seek the face of The LORD. Spiritual nourishment covers all the bases. Fast as led. Breaking the fast, we can see that after His fast and temptation, angels, came and ministered to Jesus. We as believers all have guardian angels round about us. Again, be led.
Awesome, no? May we be ministered to as we fast and break the fast.
Awesome way to start the day.
