Yes, he humbled you by letting you go hungry and then feeding you with manna, a food previously unknown to you and your ancestors. He did it to teach you that people do not live by bread alone; rather, we live by every word that comes from the mouth of the LORD.–Deuteronomy 8:3
The children of God were provided for amazingly and awesomely well, there were blessings that had never been experienced prior to the provision of their needs.
There are rules even nowadays! But they have been there for always…
Adam and Eve were permitted to do but were not to eat of The tree of the knowledge of good and evil! Y’all there was The tree of the knowledge of good and evil – Man ate of it, look where it places us. The tree of life Man was not ‘tempted’ to eat of then. We shall be given The gift to eat of it, Amen.
Are you hungry? Live ‘right’s!
Y’all, a knowledge of The Word is essential; Who used these Words to overcome a temptation and turn it to a testimony?
Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.'” Matthew 4:4
That far back He memorized? It was Him! The Word of God, as Man, He had choices to make! Jesus had to learn Himself! Just as we do, each day is a lesson, be blessed!
And God is able to bless you abundantly, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. 2 Corinthians 9:8
THE WORD, learn it and live it. Bible study! A crutch when I was young, a must now! I do not see it as a ‘chore’ to know what has been Said! I need to know, Amen.
Get blessed, Amen. Hungry? Feed on His Word…
