ALL things work together for good to those that Love and trust God, and before time are destined for His purpose.

There is no ‘chance’ or ‘it just happened’. Yes! There are “I don’t understand it!”, “This isn’t fair…”

🤔 When Jesus, The Word of God was lied about and sentenced to death… Mark 14:55–59 states that the chief priests had sought witness against Jesus to put him to death but did not find any, so they arranged false witnesses against him, but their witnesses did not agree together.

What is patience? The quality or virtue of patience is presented as either forbearance or endurance. In the former sense it is a quality of self-restraint or of not giving way to anger, even in the face of provocation; it is attributed to both God and man and is closely related to mercy and compassion.

In a verse similar to Romans, God reminds us that ‘vengeance is mine’. This may sound fearful, but the real meaning here is that he is the ultimate arbitrator of justice, and it is not something we can ever fully take into our own hands. Even through the good intentions of our legal systems, which in its foundations at least have strived to uphold principles of fairness, are in the end imperfect and even vulnerable to abuses of power. Vengeance or retribution for evil against you is thus not in your hands, lest you commit an even greater sin. It may be in the law, but being of man it is still imperfect. Above this true justice and rectification is in Gods’ hands.

And we pray:

God Almighty, Father of Heaven and ALL-KNOWING Essence, may I humbly ask for trust and comfort in Your justice. Keep me upright in the knowledge that through You, all wrongs are ultimately righted, all evils revenged. Lead me not into temptation to fall into sin by taking these matters into my own hands, but grant me the patience to wait and trust in Your Essence, my Creator. Amen.
