Key question: When was your last prayer meeting/group/fellowship? Or should I ask when your last telephone conversation was? With whom? I will not ask why. I simply asked a question.
While we can have fellowship with God and with other Christians at other places than at church, God has established churches for our edification and growth in godliness, yes! Covid “season” makes that difficult, but find a way to share, pray, fellowship. How were early Christians doing this? https://www.bible.com/bible/392/JHN.20.19-29.CEV
We are led not to forsake fellowship in favor of merely watching preachers on TV or hearing no preaching of the Word at all.
And we pray:
Give me, O Lord, a strong desire to fellowship with Your people and learn from Your Word at a local gathering or fellowship that I can regularly attend. Help me to find the time and resources to attend it. Help me to consistently participate unless there be a valid reason why I’m unable to for a particular day. I love your people, O Lord, and desire a regular “church at home.” Pending in person fellowship, Amen.
