What does the Bible say about: ‘Trials And Tribulations’

We could go on for hours. A quick outline:

1. Building. Faith. love, trust, dependence…

2. We GROW! The experience makes 7s stronger!

3. There is ALWAYS a way out…

Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who Love Him.

You have been called: And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, Who has called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you, Amen.

Pray all ways, without ceasing…Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. You are delivered, the battle has ALREADY been won, Amen. Jesus said “I have said these things to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I have overcome the world.”

What are you going through? No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation He will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.

Right quick:

Daniel recieved the order not to pray to anyone but the king. As was his practice he knelt down and gave glory to God. H3 was reported because his rivals knew he would not keep from speaking with God. Yet, the king who was tricked to give the order attempted to overturn his words

Daniel was thrown to the lions! They were held back – miraculously. When the men who fooled the king to write the command. They were thrown to the same lions that did not kill Daniel. The conspirators were thrown in and did not hit the floor before they pounced grabbing and feeding before they hit the ground!

The same cadre of individuals spoke to the ruler about Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego who refused to bow to an idol. They were thrown in a furnace. “and that whoever does not fall down and worship will be thrown into a blazing furnace. But there are some Jews whom you have set over the affairs of the province of Babylon–ShadrachMeshach and Abednego–who pay no attention to you, O king. They neither serve your gods nor worship the image of gold you have set up.” Daniel 3:16-28

Amazing, 3 men were thrown into the furnace four were seen! The men who carried them to throw them into the furnace were killed by the fiery heat. “Therefore because the king’s commandment was urgent, and the furnace exceeding hot, the flames of the fire slew those men that took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.”

“Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonished, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king.

He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.”

And we know that for those who Love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to God’s purpose.

And we pray:

Precious Lord, I pray that I keep my life free from the love of money and be satisfied with what I have. Righteous God, I pray that even in life’s changes; even when I have not yet reached the desired destination, I will be satisfied in You! For You have said You will never leave me; You will never abandon me. Amen.

God,
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
the courage to change the things I can,
and the wisdom to know the difference.

Living one day at a time;
enjoying one moment at a time;
accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;
taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it;

Trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His will;
that I may be reasonably happy in this life
and supremely happy with Him forever in the next.
Amen

Bless us, O Lord,
and these, Thy gifts,
which we are about to receive from Thy bounty
through Christ, our Lord.
Amen

Lord,
thank You for the food before us,
the family and friends beside us and the love between us.
Amen

Thank you, God
for this food, for rest and home, and all things good;
for wind and rain and sun above;
but most of all those we love.
Amen
