Pray it up!

When God shows up ‘late’ in our ‘time’/case, thoughts will tell you, “God doesn’t care. How could He let this happen? Look at all this pain, this heartache. He could have stopped it.” Don’t believe those lies. The Scripture says, “God collects all of your tears.” He feels what you feel, the loneliness, the heartache. He feels when you weep; His heart breaks when your heart breaks. You’re His child. If you’re a parent, you know when your child is hurting and you hurt with them. God is your Heavenly Father. There are three times in Scripture that Jesus wept (John 11:35; Luke 19:41; Hebrews 5:7-9). Each is near the end of His life and each reveals what matters most to our Loving God. He truly is “touched with the feeling of our infirmities” (Hebrews 4:15)

Our story has already been written! Yet every time we hurt, it pains our Father in Heaven. God Knows ALL! Watching your child learning to walk brings concern, but they NEED the season of learning.
