What does it mean to truly know God? To truly feel God? The Holy Spirit is the power that binds us all, surrounds us, and serves as a constant reminder that God exists. The ubiquitous presence of the Holy Spirit aids us in our belief: if we believe in it, we will never lose sight of the Lord’s path. Walk on that path and the bounty is plentiful: love joy, peace, patience, gentleness, goodness, faith, temperance…what more could we want?

Precious Lord, instill in me the virtues that You find most valuable: help me to feel more love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance, and know that You have no restrictions against any of these. I pray for these virtues in honor of my service to You. Amen.
