Sometimes you do not have the words, God still understands…

The Spirit takes our tiny “me”-centered prayers, and stretches them to where our prayers become much bigger than us.

The central theme of Romans 8:1–17 is the Spirit. Believers have received the Spirit and, as God’s children and joint-heirs with Christ, are to live by The Spirit and not by the corrupted impulses of the flesh.

The seven gifts of the Holy Spirit are an enumeration of seven spiritual gifts first found in the book of Isaiah, and much commented upon by patristic authors. They are: wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety, and fear of the Lord.
