WARFARE

The storms of life that you encounter are not just about you. They are to deter you from how God wants to use you. Therefore because you don’t see what you are carrying, the warfare does not make sense to you. The warfare that you are under is evidence that the devil has more faith in you than you do. YOU, child of God must know the authority of what you are carrying.

You need to know 3 things as you weather the storms.

  1. You need to know the difference between being safe and being comfortable. God promised to keep you safe, not comfortable. Just because you’re uncomfortable doesn’t mean you are unsafe. Just because you are under a threat, doesn’t mean that you are in danger.
📖Isaiah‬ ‭54‬:‭17‬ “No weapon formed against you shall prosper, And every tongue which rises against you in judgment You shall condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, And their righteousness is from Me,” Says the Lord.”
    ‭‭
  2. You need to understand that endurance is essential. The difference between patience and endurance, is that patience deals with how you wait, and if you wait. Endurance deals with how you walk. Sometimes you don’t only need patience to wait, but you need endurance to keep walking. To keep pressing through. To keep pushing forward.
  3. You need to embrace the principle of persistence. It’s not just enough to do the right thing, but you have to do it long enough, until it works. Jesus will not let the storm overtake you. He will call it to PEACE!

Mark‬ ‭4‬:‭35‬-‭40
“On the same day, when evening had come, He said to them, “Let us cross over to the other side.” Now when they had left the multitude, they took Him along in the boat as He was. And other little boats were also with Him. And a great windstorm arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so that it was already filling. But He was in the stern, asleep on a pillow. And they awoke Him and said to Him, “Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?” Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace, be still!” And the wind ceased and there was a great calm. But He said to them, “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?””
