Each of us desires financial security. We require income to insure a home, transportation, and other goods for ourselves and our family. Allowing the desire for material possessions to control us is detrimental to our spirit because we will choose to serve earthly possessions for future gain instead of our Lord and Savior. As Jesus explains, we cannot have two masters because we will devote our hearts to one and not the other. We choose God as our one and only master and submit our lives to His will for us.
And we pray:
Dear God, we are honored to serve You. Thank You for Your Love and guidance in all matters; spiritual and financial. In my life, Your will be done in Jesus’ Name, Amen.
