People who are irresponsible with our hearts should not be granted great access to our hearts. Proverbs 4:23 speaks into this very thing as it instructs, “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” Therefore be prudent and wise to set your boundaries.

A Prayer for Discernment
O Lord, I do not know what to ask You. You alone know my real needs, and You Love me more than I even know how to l/Love. Enable me to discern my true needs, which are hidden from me. I ask for neither cross nor consolation; I wait in patience for You. In Jesus’ Name, Amen 🙏🏾
💥Everyone has a place in your life. If there is no reciprocity in a relationship, that person is an ASSIGNMENT. Only meant to stay in your life for a season, for a lesson… Not a lifetime.
💥Therefore you have to align your expectations, so that you do not get mad or hurt, expecting people who are just an assignment in your life, to treat you just as valuable or loving as you treat them.
