Very calmly I share this. Questions will be asked; opinions, thoughts…
Sometimes, we’re doing our best, praying and believing, but nothing’s happening (source of opinions – even yours!). Trials are for a reason. Seasons are but for a ‘period.’ Testimonies are forever. Think on this! Once upon a time, someOne was tortured and executed. His testimony is for you and I! It took ‘time’! Hint, hint – Jesus! Without sin, died for sin! Jealousy, something/someone was aiming for victory. Yet, the curtain in the temple separating the holy from unholy was torn in two upon Jesus’ death!
The medical report is not getting better, doors are not opening, our finances are not improving. There’s no sign that it’s going to happen. It’s easy to get discouraged and give up on what we’re believing for. But the Scripture says, “Faith is the evidence of things not seen.” If you can see it, it doesn’t take any faith. If you have the evidence, it’s easy to stay encouraged. But to reach your destiny, there will be these times when there is no evidence. This is when you have to dig down deep and say, “I don’t have to have the evidence. I’m not moved by what I see; I’m moved by what I know. God, I know You are faithful to what You promised.”
And we pray:
Father, I come before You in The Name of Jesus, and I choose life today! I will walk in faith and not in fear. Because The Lord is on my side I will not fear what any Man can do to me. Father, in The Name of Jesus, I ask You to open my eyes to any hidden areas of fear in my life.
Lord, Your Word says faith comes by hearing The Word of God, and I will build up my faith today by reading Your Word and acting on it. Thank You, Father, for the hedge of protection that You bring in response to my faith. Thank You that through the righteousness of Jesus, I can confidently trust in Your peace and safety for my life and home knowing that Your angels are always on guard. I believe today! In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
