Why, Where, What…???
God is God and Man is Man: Man sees only the physical ACTIONS but God sees beyond that into the realm of SPIRIT – the MOTIVES, THOUGHTS, HEART’S STATE, the FUTURE and ETERNITY are open to His Essence.
All the WAYS of a man are pure in his own eyes, But the LORD WEIGHS the SPIRITS.” Prov. 16:2
The people were looking for JESUS in those days as if they loved Him and believed in His signs and wonders but JESUS revealed their HEARTS/MOTIVES: it was because of the “BREAD” they had recieved, He then admonished them to rather LABOR for what has ETERNAL RELEVANCE – Jh. 6:22-27.
Do you always act or talk in GOOD FAITH? Notably, God is not MOCKED. We shall reap what we sow – Gal. 6:7-8.
The bottomline? Let’s be mindful of our WAYS with God and Man; ACTIONS and SPOKEN WORDS never count as much as the underlying MOTIVES… many answers to PRAYERS we have prayed are pending for this reason. Several souls have been ruined by various camouflaged GIFTS and APPLAUSE! Beware!
