Beware; mend your heart…

“The Lord hates proud eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that kill those who aren’t guilty. He also hates hearts that make evil plans and feet that are quick to do evil.” Proverbs 6:17-18

This verse reveals God’s strong opposition to sin and its harmful effects. Pride, deception, and violence break God’s commandments and bring harm to others. When we allow such behaviors in our lives, we not only hurt those around us but also stray from the path of righteousness God calls us to walk.

God desires truth, justice, and love. His Word urges us to humble ourselves, speak honestly, and pursue peace, reflecting His character. Instead of indulging in sinful desires, we should seek transformation through His grace. When we submit our hearts to God, He will help us overcome temptation and live according to His will. As we align our actions with His righteousness, we honor Him and promote His love and justice in the world. Let God purify us, making us instruments of His peace. God bless you abundantly.
