God’s plans surpass anything we could ever hope for, even in moments of deep disappointment. While our own plans may falter, God’s plan is steady, purposeful, and filled with grace. Isaiah 55:8-9 God says, “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.”
Sometimes, our disappointments are simply divine redirections. We may not understand why things happen the way they do, but God sees the full picture. What we see as a setback, He sees as preparation. What feels like an ending is often the beginning of something greater.
